Hi Debbie, your videos are so well.done. I do have a solution for the top thread break sensor warning, that is for Bernin a to do an update so the sensor does not issue a warning until the flag sensor does not move for something like ten stitches, every other machine I have from other makers does this and the the warning about thread breakage only activates when the thread is truly broken, it works so well with no false warnings.
Hello! I hope you had a peaceful day! I just got out of my sewing room and sat down to watch your video. I'm enjoying your content and love to learn new things. I hope you have a fabulous week ahead! Thank you for sharing this video and your time.
I love the attention being paid to our 880 plus machines with the recent webinars. I do have a question. I want to do some of the decorative stitching to go around in a circle. I have been playing with adjusting some of the stitches to the right length for my projects. Is there any way to take these adjusted stitches into the embroidery side and have them bend around a circle of a specific size? OR do I need to do something like this in the software? I have Version 8.2 of the software.
You can do this a few ways. Software would be the most precise way to create a circle of stitches the exact size you and wanting. You could also use the Stitch Designer feature on the B 880 PLUS. Another more manual option would be to use the Circular Embroidery Attachment #83.
Really?? Shouldn’t Bernina have released the 8 series that work out of the box? We shouldn’t have to be taking back to the store and having parts replaced because of thread grooves etc. I have the 830 and it’s more trouble to try and sew a project on this machine. Bernina have never come forward and admitted that this machine unlike the other series machines has so many ‘quirks’

Thank you for the 2 presentations. I thoroughly enjoyed them and am amazed at all that can be done with the 880 once we know what to do!

Thank you for your feedback. We will make sure to forward this to the team responsible.
