    What an amazing place! It is so quintessentially London! The interior! It looks as if Charles Dickens could walk in any minute! Thank you for the film!

      HI! Daniel Hammond Thanks! Glad you enjoyed the video. Yes Charles Dickens would have been very familiar with the area before the river was embanked as he worked in a boot blacking factory as a boy in Hungerford street or market which was the street right next to Villiers street on which they later built Charring cross station.

    After seeing your video on Gordons...looked it up and put it on our list for this spring. Cant wait for a schooner of amantillado from the cask. Cold and cheese plates on their 2017 meno look fabulous. Your videos are ultra helpful..thanks so much.

    Hey man, I saw your g7x review and really appreciate all the work you put into it. Thank you very much. I just had one suggestion regards to you vlog. Jump Cuts. Especially in the first 20 sec or so. The quality of your videos are amazing. And the music is OFF THE HOOK!

      Hi! +StreetEnglishTV ありがとうございます Thanks! Its a small world - before I purchased the G7X & made that video I remember I watched your RX100iii auto focus sucks video which convinced me the two cameras were so similar they even had the same issues and challenges so I went with the Canon because at the time it cost considerably less. I see your making videos about Japan again, just subscribed, looking forward to seeing more of your Japan.

    Nicely done as usual.
    I honestly don't envy the staff of Gordon's as they have to deal with not just irate customers, but irate customers with some liquid courage running through their bloodstream.

      HI! Jigli Wiglz Thanks! Glad you enjoyed the video. Yes its a tough job, but the owners could probably make it a little easier for them with a few simple signs rather than having staff do it verbally every evening. That night they had it easy but it can be interesting to watch sometimes.

    Robert have you seen the documentary of the London guy named Richard? www.folkradio.co.uk/2015/08/short-documentary-richard-by-england-your-england/. Saw it on Reddit

      Hi! Nicholas Anderson I don't see homelessness as the amazing lifestyle choice he describes it as.

    Do you ever have problems with belligerent people objecting to being filmed, or have you found a way of filming discretely?

    • @RobertsLondon
      @RobertsLondon  9 років тому

      Hi! Derra Dune Vlogging and filming in public has its challenges. If I see someone is uncomfortable with me pointing a camera at them I stop regardless of where I am or my own rights to do it and certainly before they have to ask me to. I try to respect peoples wishes rather than defend my own rights when it comes to privacy in public places. A few people object but also people photo bomb me especially when I'm talking to camera. Its not easy and can be frustrating. I use a G7X which is compact but not really a discrete camera.
