Thank you for putting together this video, any resource is useful when doing this yourself. Just an FYI for people looking to do this, the most difficult portion of this project occurs during the split scene at 7:51. The walbro 450 has a larger OD and longer length that do not work with this bucket. You will most likely destroy your bucket trying to make it fit properly . I essentially have a zip tie holding my pump in place. I assume the kits you buy online come with a custom plastic bucket that allow the pump to fit properly. It may be best to look into that as a better option.
This is stg 2 pump, I would say 535 pump is stg 2.5. But yes it should be the same process, but take a look at @slowpeed UA-cam channel he just installed the 535 pump and everything you need he linked in his description
Can't recall, if you buy a fuel pump kit it should come with one. The line I bought was longer then the one that came with the fuel pump , either one would've worked

jbo_435i hi, again very informative video, i did my upgrade over the weekend and i wanted to ask did you have any issues with the fuel gauge after install? Mine showed less than 1/4 tank before install and went to almost a 1/2 after the install which i found weird. Thank you

I’m trying to upgrade my fuel pump into my N55 will I need to run E85 only or can I still run 91 ?

Do the hoses just magically come off or the fits weren't snug enough they came off by just pulling out the pump assembly?

@@flyr5fc I didnt notice at first but now I'm starting to run out of gas when I'm at a 1/4 on the gauge, I'm going back in the fuel tank this week

Thanks for the feedback. I would but I went the upgraded hpfp route instead of port injection. But this install was much needed for the n55 community
