Do you know who owns the rights to this music now? If there will ever be a plan to release sheet music or any way to find existing copies if they were ever made? I've had this songs stuck in my head since childhood and though I'm an amateur enough musician to recreate some it would be incredible to have sheets for all the tracks for each song to recreate fully, obviously to no profit to myself but just enjoyment.

I wasn't even sure where it came from. Britannia had simply been embed in my soul. When there was nothing else, this song remained.
I play this and other game soundtracks to my toddler all the time. He's pretty into them and they beat the heck out of most toddler songs. The other day the battle theme came on during a diaper change so that was accurate. 😂
I have just finished buiding my giant chessboard next to my hottub on top of my tower that i bought with gold i got from slaying demons i killed by throwing blade spirits at them. Truly the peak of fantasy. I miss UO like a lost friend or even family member.
@@carlox8rs super legit privately run server. Based off of t2a period and they expanded with their own system and kinda improved a lot of the classic systems. Very well done. Super active player base. I’ve only been playing a couple months, but it totally scratches that UO itch. It’s what you’ve been craving, my guy. 👍

I didn't realize it at the time while I was playing but UO and Sosaria is a place I'll always think of when I imagine fantasy worlds. I miss the days on Lake Superior.
The difference in quality between the sound canvas and the roland JV series is nuts. The sound canvas by no means sounds bad especially compared to the GM stuff we have on windows by default these days but you can really tell that the JV/XV series are the real top of the line deal.
Stones, Minoc, Vesper, Forest themes are all chefs kiss. I really loved this game Why isn't there a new one? Are you telling me a team of 30 couldn't put out a UO sequel that iterated on UO? I'm not talking about that jank ass UO2 that got cancelled - that game looked bad and it probably was bad and that's why it was cancelled. I'm talking about doing the XCOM 2012 treatment to Ultima Online - take what worked, improve on what didn't, give players an incredible isometric sandbox game
It's basically UO Outlands. Polishing and adding depth to the best of the original, while also bringing the power-level progression of modern games to keep people playing.
Try uo outlands. Best server with over 2500+ active at any given time. Also a whole new map and no trammie. 50% less skill gain on harvesters too. It's amazing you should play!! It emulates the golden age of uo. With some added skills like chiv and Necro. But still based on T2A so it's still classic. I found it 3 months ago and never am playing another server besides this one. Also runs in up to 250fps it's ridiculous!
Richard Garriott knew depth in games. Ultima might be my favorite series of all time. I regret I could not partake in UO but I was able to play older Ultima games during that time. I’m too far into gaming evolution to go back to outlande it’s rough. But. What fantastic depth in the worlds, such idealistic titles. The amount of design effort that went into them them is legendary. Rip Ultima; may your legacy someday be more than a Final Fantasy spell, as it is your Stones seem all but forgotten.
