@@unknownbytes2874. I’m really hoping that they make a third game set in modern time that also has flashbacks where you play as Amicia creating a path to the origin of the macula for the modern day protector to follow. Then the modern day characters destroy the source for good. I would like a good ending for amicia so I was thinking that perhaps a secret sect of the Order are living near the source of the macula because it is prophesied that the 3rd carrier will be born near it (maybe it’s beneath Paris) because although the source will now expose itself, its influence and power is greater so it has a better chance of pulling of the world ending plague. This secret sect want it to occur so they are waiting to kidnap the 3rd carrier when they reach their first threshold at 5 years old and take them straight to the source. So Amicia must sacrifice herself to bury and destroy the sect so that the modern protector and carrier can find her clues and learn that the order is bad and they must destroy the source under Paris.
Poor Amicia. I know she's a fictional character but dayum... Seeing her be torn apart, body mind and soul for hours upon ours in hopes of completing what is a simple, noble, and relatable, but ultimately futile goal is heartwrenching. and this Requiem drives it home beautifully. Even the cover art, where you see her determined, yet pained and emaciated face, guarding her brother's ghostlike one is a work of art on it's own.

It's beacause behind the fantastic aspects of the game lies a very "real" story, one terrible but that we could all live. It made me feel how I imagine I would feel if someone close had stage 4 cancer. The denial, the will to fight for a way out only to avoid facing the inevitability of death... In the end, Amicia was able to grieve, which was the best end possible for her

This is absolutely astonishing work. Not only does it expand in the instrumental from the original soundtrack in every way, deepening it and with all the flavour of older instruments, the added multiple choir sections and choir tracks are utterly beautiful and mesmerizing. And it was an excellent idea to feature many of the songs and themes from the previous soundtrack but now including the choir sections. Every track, even the most hopeful and loving (involving Hugo and Amicia) is filled with anguish and despair over their harrowing journey. This was a truly memorable game and the soundtrack is a huge part in it. If this soundtrack doesn't win awards I don't know what the industry is doing.

The Rage Within has got to be the most well placed song in a game i heard in a long while. It hit me with so many emotions when Amicia just went FERAL on the soldiers.
Wonderful ❤ This soundtrack and that of the first Tomb Raider from the 90s are the most beautiful I've heard to date in all the video games I've played.

The game that broke my heart, but also put a band-aid back on. A game about true love, friendship and loyalty. Bright and warm, like the flame of a candle in the dark impenetrable darkness, like a layer of water. A game that gives hope, took it away and gave it again. A game that drew more and more into itself, absorbed and fell in love, and then slapped. Fabulous and sobering at the same time. The audio series is a new level of adding to the story, expanding it beyond the monitor and very precise manipulation of emotions. It's not just a game, it's like a certain segment of life that will be with you forever. More than a story.
Another one here after beating the game. It broke my heart, this soundtrack gives me goosebumps remembering the beauty, pain and love you feel while playing this game. Thank you for all the love and effort developing this game.

I loved the first game, I got 3/4 through requiem on the Xbox sub trial but couldn’t finish in time, definitely will be buying. Such a beautifully made game. One of my favourites next to AC, Halo, Legacy, and SW.
I agree that a game can be great with a huge story, graphics, playability, etc. But there´s something that keeps beating once you have finished it. The Music you´ve achieved, Olivier, is one of the most incredible masterpieces I have ever listened. I would like to know the lyrics of the Choir. Thank you for this gift.
I love a Plague Tale: Requiem, as much or maybe more than the first game, A Plague Tale: Innocence. The game is a masterpiece, and the music/score, storyline and characters are phenomenal. Best game of the year for me.

I am so glad they made this soundtrack for this game.Everytime i hear this,i start crying but not because i m sad, beacuse i can feel the game insinde me when i hear it.This game left me with emotional damage ,it broke my heart ,i have never played a game with such passion, joy,it felt like i was living it.If you don t like this game and wonder if you should play it,than my answer is yes,you should, this isn t just a game,is a work of art. There will never,i repeat * NEVER* in 50 years from now on will exist a work of art like this.
I love the "Brother" one the most of all the amazing music in this game. Especially with the amazing mountain view at the game's ending, it feels so sad yet there's a feeling of hope in that song 😭

20:34 - This track is fucking amazing. That moment in the game was so powerful and so emotional, the synergy of great voice acting and this track in the background is so beautiful.
15:15 just noticed the name "friendly Lucas" ... Like he could not be friendly at some point , the music still melancolic and says a lot about Lucas's choice
Thank you so much to the music team for making these soundtracks, they really made the game more emotional and elements that can be only experienced but not put into words ❣️
This soundtrack is amazing and beautiful. It fits the game perfectly and is beautifully emotional. One of the best soundtracks since Skyrim in my opinion, and the choir in this is beautiful.

I want everyone who plays or watches this game to understand the events of every second of this game and definitely get something useful for themselves. this game has become my favorite game and I am very grateful to the creators of this game. thank you very much
1:01:37 the most emotional part of the game for me
A game with a beautiful story... I was really moved to tears by the story.... 🥺🥺💝
The Rage Within has got to be the most well
placed song in a game i heard in a long while. It hit me with so many emotions when Amicia just went FERAL on the soldiers.
game of the year no doubt
This soundtrack is absolutely great. One of my alltime favourites
writing a novel to this as it sets the perfect mood. thank you for making beautiful and compelling music
damn the words must flow like poetry...beautiful track
Half the beauty of the game is in the music. Thanks for this creativity
Unwilling violence is an absolute MASTERPIECE. WOW.
my favorite choirs pieces:
22. The Holy Child 51:16
26. The Night 01:00:54
32. Up There 01:15:26
Wonderful ❤ This soundtrack and that of the first Tomb Raider from the 90s are the most beautiful I've heard to date in all the video games I've played.
No turning back may be the best fighting song i've ever heard in a game.
5:39 "Hide and Seek" is megabeautiful!🧡
This whole game is a masterpiece the graphics..the music..the story...every thing of it is a piece of art i love it so much it will be my fav game forever.
Man, the story is heart-tearing and together with this soundtracks? Hell, I'm still crying even a half hour after seeing the end. It's really too much. q-q
Can't forget, great work Olivier... Great work for making us cry! c:
Французская сказка. Шикарно. Две части шикарные.
Thanks for this upload!
UPD: Reunion is very beautiful, it touches the very depths of my soul.
I was so happy to knowing Olivier Deriviere got nominate for Best Soundtrack, The Game Awards 2022... Hope he can win this, best soundtrack! ❤❤❤
13:24 - this is sound of perfection
Another one here after beating the game. It broke my heart, this soundtrack gives me goosebumps remembering the beauty, pain and love you feel while playing this game. Thank you for all the love and effort developing this game.
I have never shed a tear to a game ever. I never thought it's possible till this one came along with this opening track, and well....they together actually broke my heart💔
This game was a wonderful experience . Story , soundtrack , Gameplay . Really amazing. Hats off to the team of Asobo studio and composer Olivier deriviere for creating such a riveting tale of sibling.
This music tore my soul apart. But it ‘s worth it. Thank you for this masterpiece.
I loved the first game, I got 3/4 through requiem on the Xbox sub trial but couldn’t finish in time, definitely will be buying. Such a beautifully made game. One of my favourites next to AC, Halo, Legacy, and SW.
Trilha sonora maravilhosa!
Eai Br beleza
I agree that a game can be great with a huge story, graphics, playability, etc. But there´s something that keeps beating once you have finished it. The Music you´ve achieved, Olivier, is one of the most incredible masterpieces I have ever listened. I would like to know the lyrics of the Choir. Thank you for this gift.
I love a Plague Tale: Requiem, as much or maybe more than the first game, A Plague Tale: Innocence. The game is a masterpiece, and the music/score, storyline and characters are phenomenal. Best game of the year for me.
God I've only just starting listening to this and I'm already emotional. This music, this game was such a masterpiece and a testimony to emotional storytelling. True art.
I'm starting this clip weeks after finishing the game and I'm crying within seconds. I am so very much moved by this game. I don't think I will ever be the same person after this experience.
This game as well as the first one have absolutely stunning soundtracks. So full of emotion ❤
I love this game and its historical accuracy, literally gooning for it at the moment because it resonates so much with what I have studied before.
THIS MASTERPIECE IS LEGENDARY
I just want to forget about this game and go and play it again it is really a master piece ❤
GAME OF THE YEAR
amazing this game will live forever in my heart!!
Played Innocence. Better than I thought it was gonna be. Only downside: the final boss and all those rats... I wasn't very fond of the end. Recently purchased Requiem. Looking forward to starting it. Great soundtrack.
Truly one of the best soundtracks I've ever heard, everything is just so beautiful
Though after finishing Requiem, I can't listen to this normally anymore
I have played this game a month ago I still back to UA-cam to see vidoes and listen to game songs, this is the best game I had ever played a long. Thanks amicia and Hugo for the best game play, voices, gameplay and sound tracks are incredible ❤️ long live king hugo
Oliver has the talent to find the right sound for the right scene in the right setting. And some gems in his suite. Thanks for the game and music. I played both and 2nd game is one of the games i love so much that i'll remember it in future.
The whole soundtrack is just amazing! I can't stop listening to it!♡
20:34 - This track is fucking amazing. That moment in the game was so powerful and so emotional, the synergy of great voice acting and this track in the background is so beautiful.
10:54 epic
15:15 just noticed the name "friendly Lucas" ... Like he could not be friendly at some point , the music still melancolic and says a lot about Lucas's choice
Finished the game. 10/10 masterpiece
Thank you so much to the music team for making these soundtracks, they really made the game more emotional and elements that can be only experienced but not put into words ❣️
A true masterpiece. one of the greatest games of all time
This game gives me interest in medieval times
This soundtrack is amazing and beautiful. It fits the game perfectly and is beautifully emotional. One of the best soundtracks since Skyrim in my opinion, and the choir in this is beautiful.
This game deserves at least one award, scenario, acting or music. a game like stray gets an award and not him. in any case game of the year in my heart, even if I loved elden ring.
The story and soundtrack is overwhelming honestly. I'm very impressed by this game and its prequel
Can't stop listening again and again while working 🥰
10:27 "Can i come back here?...with someone?" Damn. I cried. I miss him so much
thank you for this amazing music i loved this game and the art of it
