You could tell (and Brandon Flowers admits) that he spent a lot of time with Bono around that time and suddenly became THIS, this perfect example of getting it right. Those slappers up top tho! Could they throw themselves at him any more blatantly? 😂 And his timing to get back to the stage at EXACTLY the right time. To me (and it’s a shame they’ve gone off the boil since the line-up change), this song and this performance represents The Killers at their absolute peak. Also Brandon Flowers (like Johnny Depp) is a Brit born in the wrong country. So many Americans thought The Killers were a British band!
