oh wow - those two sessions before the accident were incredibly on fire though as it looks! - I hope it all healed up well in the meantime! Happy New Year
Happy New Year!!! thank you, it took quite a few months to heal up and to do recovery exercises to build the muscle back but I am glad it healed back to %100 😁
wow I'm so glad to hear that! Kudos also for going back on the ice on one leg with a camera just the day after! I always play it safe with helmet + all the pads, but that wouldn't have helped 1 bit in a case like this either.
@@-E42- Yes I always have knee pads too but just a random accident that couldnt have been prevented. glad it didn't damage me too bad and I could recover. very thankful for that
1 Foot Freestyle reminds you, that you create just your own freestyle! Thats the thing I say every time: 'It's your style', you have no rules like in other sport, so keep going!
i dont understand why your channel has low views i love this who skates in a circle for 2 hours and trys nothing new? working on my 1 foot 360 slide :D
@@GlobalIce Next time I go to the rink I'll update my photo, I love everything about you guys. I've learned alot and the tricks keep me healthy, thanks again
amazing!!! I consider myself a begginer in freesyle and I kept asking freestyle skaters what radius they are using for their skates. mine are literally flat. the blades are sharped only at the edges forming a 90 degrees angle. idk if u got it. is that good for freestyle? cuz if i sharp my skates like that i can do the hockey stop pretty good and also spray snow hinda high but i cant do some freestyle tricks. If i sharp them at around 12-15mm I can't stop the hockey stop but i am able to do the freestyle tricks. my hockey coach kept saying that i cant do both (hockey and freestyle) but im asking you, is there any way to? :))
Thank you, i appreciate the support. To answer your question, I have tblades which run under a different system. I run S-9 which has the most rocker and the deepest cut. I am not sure what this would be on hockey blades except maybe a flat bottom V 100/75, lol as deep as it goes. With this it makes stops harder but still possible but I get great bit with freestyling. I don't see why you couldn't play hockey as well as freestyle, I have friends that do both, I personally don't play hockey and tblades don't work the best for hockey but I you should be able to do both.
The ice is usually a bit rougher but has good grip but really depends on weather and temperatures. I really enjoy them because you feel like you are in the world, the sky above you, the air. I feel in indoor rinks like I am in a box. Really just a different feel. I really hope one day you can try an outdoor rink, definitely worth it 😁
Take care of your body bro. Super cringe seeing you train on whats clearly a sprain at the least. And dont try to give me that “but i wasnt using it”… if things went wrong and you needed to, your chances of an additional injury increase significantly. Im an athlete and i love a stubborn mindset. But as athletes we need to truly appreciate and take care of our body…
Very true. I know its risky, when we left Poland I rested it for awhile and now the strength is back again and im all good. Yes I am very stubborn with injuries but this body is what allows us to do what we do and we have to respect it 😁👍
