I been waiting to see if he’d get his waiver. This is huge yo. This dude is a monster. And if he stays healthy next season he could be the best DT in the country. So glad. With the additions of Adams who will play immediately. Also Alexander and Heldt. This front 7 can be scary good with Coach Allen on the sideline. Go Tigers!
I heard all that last spring. And people ran through us like crap through a goose. Truth is we currently only have one PROVEN D End. We are paper thin with 2 proven linebackers, cupboard is bare at safety. We had miserable run support from the secondary. This puts us in better shape at D tackle. We thought we were going to be dominant there last year but it didn't happnen. Hppefully we are a notch better than last year even with the loss of P Page and Thomas. Just like this year we will know after game 1 against LSU. Have not forgotten the beat down in the dome from UGA. It was so bad that UGA fans that attended the game said they wasted their money - got a lot more out of the spring game. All true.

@@justmando9488 Hardly Debbie Downer. More like realistic. Been going to the valley since 1965. Seen the good, bad, and the ugly from coaches to players. Matt Luke is great example. Great job. Step change and and we can call it a turnaround. All experienced players most of whom improved. But there are limitations to what can be done. Pass pro was greatly improved. Run blocking, not much. He can only do so much with someone like Walker Parks. He's still miserable. Coach Allen will hopefully be the same. Already have seen most of these players. He's not going to turn Jahiem Lawson into Bruce Smith at 240 lbs. Denhoff will not be turned around either. Praying that Venables will step away. He's not even a D1 player. Allen may be great but he can't raise the dead.
The front 4 should be dominant this year. Heldt, Capehart, Woods, Parker....along with the rotational guys. Hard to replace that 6'5 320lb in the middle...HUGE return.

100 percent. When he is healthy, he is a great player. Huge to get him back, along with some of that young talent working through the pipeline.
