I went to follow this but I think Im too simplistic One person moving in the correct sequence . one doing the opposite, why show them both. It confused me as I did not know which sequence to follow

IT IS VERY HELPFUL TO SEE THE FRONT AND BACK VIEW SIMULTANEOUSLY. The slow pace helps to get the flowing motion.

Why is there forms 8, 14, 16, 24, what does that mean? if someone could explain that please
it's the number of movements that the form contains. the 8 form contains 8 movements
