Damn Chinese and their martial arts!!!! Freakin' awesome! I love this part of their culture and contribution to my development, without the Chinese martial arts, I don't know where I'd be today. I love Tai Chi Quan, I learned the Yang 10, 16, and 24 forms; I am working my way to learning the 32 form. My next goal is to learn the Chen style Tai Chi Quan.
This is beautifully demonstrated but unfortunately the changes of camera position mean that we sometimes cannot observe the feet. Sadly this detracts completely from the video's usefulness as instruction. 😐

打得不错，但摄影很糟糕，必须要全程拍摄全身才有教学意义，但是摄影老是很讨厌的拉特写，造成只有上身没有腿，使得完整性不够。
