That remind me when I went to the club eight months ago to watch the nba playoffs, and there was a group of older women dancing in the club. My arms was folded. I had this tall older woman look me in my eyes, put her arms on my shoulders got close to me and start asking why was my arm folded ? I told her I just came watch the game. The whole point is when the woman have interest in you. She goes out her way to put herself in your path now you have the power to say something back to her or tell her to keep it moving if she’s not the woman you like. But a woman is always checking out a man.

I was shocked and dumbfounded. Nothing in her demeanor told me she was attracted to me at all when we were around each other. It was so weird. So I dont think women will always show their attraction towards you.
The key was her body language. That goes beyond her face. You have to look at the entire body. That's why I say a man should learn a read a woman's BODY language. Sometimes women will shoot their shot by just being in the path of a man. I've had a few women be seemingly cold around me until I said something.
Did you ever show her any sign of interest or initiate a conversation with her? I think sometimes if a woman feels you're not interested in her or you don't give her any attention, she may pretend she doesn't care and can come off cold as a result. She may have shown signs of interest initially, but you probably didn't notice - and only noticed the change in her demeanour.

When you have given someone no reason to be cold to you, it's often a cover up for her. I had this and i even used to do it to other people when i was a teenager (it's an avoidance strategy because you're anxious from the attraction)

He basically agrees with everything Rom says. I think what it comes down to is that he struggles with communication and didn't really have a relationship with his father, because the man worked three jobs and died young.
Had a women that was a loose friend of mines girlfriend, and we ran into each other and she hugged me full on like she was ready to kiss me, I was pretty surprised she had that much interest in me.

Yeah you have to be an observer and think that you are not some NPC/ghost when you walk outside the door. There are some weird way of choosing signals, including she hit on your body while you both walk on opposite direction on sidewalk and days, weeks later you find evidence of that by noticing her gazing days before and days after the event.
There are degrees to body language, start with the eyes, if she is looking and locking in on you that says volumes alone, they will look at you when you not looking, use mirrors etc. to check you out while you not paying attention, think of it this way you wont even be having this convo if your not catching her checking you out, its a huge sign because a smile is usually gonna come with it especially if you say something to her, one girl kept looking at my shoes i asked what was wrong she said oh nothing i just like your shoes, i asked ok so when you first seen them why didnt you just say hey i like your shoes she just blushed and smiled, they tell on themselves, by tryng not to compliment me when you really like what you see you hide it and it came out anyways, also these girls have low self-esteem half the time they think we dont like them, so to save face they'll ghost you when deep down they miss you and want to talk, they ego is way too big, if you see him and like him go tell him fuck the games, then turnaround and be mad when you find someone else, another example this young lady says to me why you always walk past me and dont neva say hi, i was surprised she just didnt know it, in actuality she told on herself, they look for validation from the men they like or want, shes a young baddie with no kids and plenty of options(and i mean bad with options), yet complaining because i dnt speak to her, shes young and doesnt understand my attention isnt free, shes waiting for me to chase her, but she hasnt given me a reason to chase outside of being fine as hell young with no kids, it makes her mad becsuse ive paid attn to her to the point i know just from her face if she is hungry, mad, irritated, upset etc.. so she is aware that im paying some attn to her its just not the amount she wants it to be, also she started coming to work dressed completely diff from wat she did when she first started, me and her didnt talk at all when she first started didnt even look at each other, another young lady thinks she slick and always tries to touch me around my waist area to see if she can find the V shape by the abs or pokes my stomach and chest beacuse she likes how firm it is, women get old faster than men, youll be 28 in no time and in the danger zone just that quick meanwhile im still building my business up etc.. the biggest card a man can hold is the fact he has no expiration date time is on his side, women have to get busy right away beacuse nature gives them a limited amount of time, look around you women are everywhere you couldnt hide from them if you wanted to, foolish ones forget they have to compete because men arent easy to come by let alone lock down, flip side look around, you dont see that many men like you see women and thats facts, I hate to repeat the elders but imma do it anyways a girl turns 18 everyday, if one acts up another one will push her to the side so she can have a turn at you its just nature, all you have to do is stop marrying these mofo hoes
I find I get the opposite reaction from women which leaves me more confused. Their body language indicates interest but when I try to interact or talk to them I’m left feeling like I’m out, so I usually back off or don’t make the approach.

The standing up could be a sign of respect that she can’t help but show. If she’s otherwise defensive/closed off though, then you may need to make her feel secure around you if you have to work closely with her. Been there. In one situation I later was told by the lady that I reminded her of an ex that treated her wrong. Nothing I could help at first but she got to know me and we worked well together. Sometimes we trigger their traumas unbeknownst, sometimes we can help them get past them.
