For me it's your latest song "If it doesn't hurt". It connects with my soul on a level I can't quite put into words. My story of heartache spans nearly 3 decades. This song is like a bandage on a very broken heart. It helps to know I'm not the only one holding on to hope dispite all this pain
When I met the band in Cleveland, I was starstruck, something to work though. But Jonny put his hand on my shoulder and asked, Are you OK? Man, so sweet Jonny. I don't believe I'm ever OK, ever.. but I'll always get back up, and fight on. I lost my sister to drigs, frightening death.. 😞... Injected fentanyl into her inner thigh and collapsed into a tub of watter to drown, while her poor son had his headset on gaming in his room down the hall.. I lost my daughter, but thankfully I have a beautiful Son. I lost years of my life forever .. 😤 You're music has been inspiring me to Get Up ever since your self titled album, long ago. I absolutely love you guys, thank you! #LoveMeans
Yea I used to tour when I was younger man yea it'll kick yo ass. You're so humble man. I respect how in tune and down to earth you all are, even as a collective. I came on here to thank you all for what you do. I have been a huge fan since The Stories came out. Even briefly chatted with you on Facebook, Jonny. I'm here to tell you that 'free fall' is such a moving song. Like anyone else, I have my ups and downs. This song really has caused me to deeply soul search. On purpose. On people. On just life in general. It is such a blessing to have you all for reinforcement. It's almost like having 4 friends who have no frikking clue who I am lol. I've played and toured a bit back in my day(90s) and dude this is the emotional magnitude I wanted to reach with my music. You all have exceeded anything I could ever imagine. Again, thanks for writing and playing music that doesn't try to be like anything else...but truly speaks.🙏
Much love and respect Johnny. You're a super cool dude, one hell of a singer, and I love your music man. We got your back my dude. I hope you have much happiness and success, you all truly deserve it. Thank you so very much for the powerful music. I know its hard and grueling being a musician, but you do provide a very impactful and meaningful gift to mankind. Thanks again, brother.
Your guys's music introduce me to Alan Watts. His lectures saved me in a time in my life when I wanted to end it. If it was not for your music, I probably wouldn't be here. Can't wait to see you guys April 8th. #lovemeans
Thank you for being so transparent. It brings me so much joy and excitement to have continued to listen to your music throughout the years and feel heard and know that im not alone.
My mother is bi polar, I don't need to tell you more. You guys are the magic interface, you are a living turning point. Blessed by the Creator and carried in love by Mother Earth... we are all the brightest souls and the whole world sees that. We are seeds and our children are growing into freedom. A week ago today we saw you live, it was our Honeymoon Concert. It was an honor and my joy and healing so immense I have been laying here with a fever and sore throat for days now 😄😇 we bless you and love you. Thank you for your words, your light is healing, I was in the middle of it ( 1 row) and it completely took me apart energetically and spiritually and put me back together. I will never forget you for that. Thank you brother Jonny 💫💜 Mia
Thank you for sharing. Music with the right message and truth has an impact beyond what words can always convey. Keep up the great songwriting! I hope more people in dark places can find the light within and hope your music continues to be a light
thank you Jonny for helping your people get know people feeling safe your way your music 🎶. love means. your song house of sand helps me feel better life and having my own path to success for me to have house of sand inspire me choose my path to success my life to help me get better life. love means
Jonny!! You don't know what your songs do! I Heear you in about 8 years!! And cry , every time. Your songs tuch me like no one can. God went north, jenny, I'll be ok, and so on... And now the spirit album just wwoow!! Thanks so much! You hold my life also! 💙💪🎶🙏
Jonny song house of sand helping me find my path it come back to me I feel like I have my power what I fight for. thank you Jonny hawks. making new music for life means my music help me move on from life what I dealing with. House of sand give me more power for my family and friends. thank you. Love means
Love you brother, and thank you for sharing your experience and the impact that this had on you. Always thinking of y’all and absolutely love the new album!! We are so thankful that you have been able to persevere and get through producing this new album, the tour, and all the other amazing content you put out. Despite all of the challenges that have come your way. Every time one of your songs play (multiple times a day) I think roundly on all our memories and keep you and your family in my thoughts and prayers! Again love you Jonny and all of your guys!
The band means so much to me, there are so many songs that speak to me about different points of my life in so many ways it's difficult to put in a single UA-cam comments so I'll just say that you and I have similar feelings on life and love for sure and I love you and the rest of the band for it thank you so much for not giving up because I certainly need more of Nothing More in my life #lovemeans
Been clean and sober since Aug 3 bro and I promise if it wasn't for you're music I definitely wouldn't be sober and probably not alive! So thank you and you lifelong fan because of it
Guess it'll take me another *estimated* 7 years to reach the next level: share my own story to you and be as vulnerable as you are right here. Get your asses back to Europe yesterday 😂 You guys and your songs, your lyrics, music, riffs, vocals and everything else are therapy. In fact, I'll go ahead and listen to your music right now instead of making the wrong decision. Maybe not wrong, but Nothing More is always the better choice. Love you guys, I really do. 🖤❤️
I love the song... instantly went on my playlist with so many of your previous songs. Hope you release some tour dates so I can finally see you live! So much love for you guys and your music ❤️
#lovemeans I remember the first time i listened to your guys' music i was starting my freshman year back in my hometown and i was having a pretty rough time adjusting and hearing this is the time on sirius xm octane made me feel better going in and letting go of my past and after that the summer you guys went to rockfest in missouri with motiinless in white and hearing jenny for the first time i was almost bawling there in the front row. Your music has helped me through my worst times and helped me make some of my best times so thank you Nothing More
Saw you in East Moline yesterday, and it was an amazing show! Thanks so much for coming to our little cities. Your energy is unmatched! Got a Nothing More shirt, and I'm so proud to wear that shirt. I wondered if you were worried about falling into the drum set when you were thrashing.
You have earned the The most under rated band in the world title. It's a shame really. Keep doing what you're doing. Your lyrics and music are incredible. I have a book I've written to my son and many of the pages include the lyrics in your songs. They are inspirational, fitting, comforting and warnings. You are a modern day profit.
I don't have a tough story to share, but you have inspired me to have confidence and shake off imposter syndrome in my own art. You're a beautiful human bringing immense value to other people, I really admire you as a virtuous role model both in your music and the way you support humanitarian causes and express yourself. You'll always be a big inspiration to me regardless of what comes next
I understand exactly how he feels! You have the most passion filled voice and music, the fact that you share it with us all, is a treasure. Thank you all for all your music. Watching your performance in Salt Lake was absolutely amazing, and gave me a breath of new life….. in a very dark time. Honestly, still in that dark time that you are currently still helping through, all I can say is thank you too! 💚💚💚
Wow I love you guys i found out about you guys in 2015 at a festival in australia on a stage way to small for your powerful music and i was blown away with the energy you all brought over thanks for sharing your story and hope to see you soon we would be lost without you music
#Lovemeans. Great story, I'm glad. I usually don't write. My sister died from drugs and alcohol, cancer we didn't know she had from it (we think it's from that), it was sudden. I remember listening and loving Jenny a year at least before she passed (while going though a divorce, being with a person fighting POTS and bipolar disorder, it got really bad). The song hits different for me. God got me through this stuff, well is getting me through, and your music has helped me. God bless...BTW I wrote more but it didn't save lol. Such is life. But yo if Jonny or anyone reading this wants anyone to connect with over this, hey I'm here for you all.
#lovemeans HeyJonny, My wife and I saw you guys recently in Joliet, IL. It was the third time seeing Nothing More and we did the meet and greet. I asked you to take your shirt off for my wife and you told me only if I took mine off. Great dad bod moment for me!! She loved it, we love your music and your personalities. We'll see you again in milwaukee with another favorite, Godsmack. Keep up the great music and amazing shows you guys do. So much energy. Loved you guys on Salvage Dogs too! Stay awesome!!
Music speaks to the soul ❤ your song Jenny reminded me of my mom, myself and my daughter. She had MS for 32 years, she was diagnosed when i was 2. She was on life support 20 times and pulled thru after drs told me she wouldnt make it thru thr night. When theyd ask her how shed always say "im staying for my girl's" 😭 she passed away Feb 2022 and its destroyed me but im so thankful for the 34 years i had with her. She literally cheated death dozens of times for myself and especially my daughters... we would listen to Jenny and bawl like babies together 😂
#LoveMeans Brother, met you at revolution live in Fort Lauderdale in VIP and My girl Shanon introduced me to you for the first time at the palladium in Worcester in Massachusetts and of course this past weekend in Ft Lauderdale and your music has really given me a lot of motivation in my life after the military deployments where a deep depression took hold and I have been fighting for years and your music and experience has really pushed me to keep moving forward and improving myself. So, thank you for the great performances, the great interaction with your fans during performances and in-between. Thanks for your hard work by you, Dan, Mark, and Ben for your struggles but always pushing forward and giving it your all while battling your own demons as a band and individually. I will be seeing you again every chance I can get.
Love you guys so much. Thank you so much for sharing, I know with how strong you guys are as people, and as a band, you guys are unstoppable. And I think I can speak for most of us, we're ride or die because you guys deserve it
I saw you guys this past week in Clive, IA. Thank you for a great show and persevering through difficult times creating Spirits. You Don't Know What Love Means is deeply personal for me because I broke up with my fiancée in 2014 a month before we were supposed to get married. The line "We're colliding, losing hope. Can we make it further on our own?" hits me very hard.
Dude i freakin love this new album. I think its the best one yet. I have listened to it on repeat since the release day. Like every song is awesome. Appreciate your music daily in my life.
This video is somehow even more meaningful than the videos. This is The Time (Ballast) has carried me through some dark times and if Spirits were a cassette tape I would have worn through it twice already. #LoveMeans definitely helped me spot a few dysfunctional relationships in my life and I am working to either transform or let go of them.
#LOVEMEANS I can't even voice my situation, it's truly difficult...but I'm trying. Abuse, my Momma murdered... 💔 But let me tell you, the LIGHT I see when I hear y'alls music is beyond words. Almost 2 years straight Don't Stop was the ONLY thing that pushed me out of my bed and to the gym. Don't Stop and This is the Time. First thing I did was put your music on and in that moment it gave me STRENGTH when I had depleted myself of literally everything. That last string of hope was playing Nothing More, when I had nothing more. It gave me life when I didn't want to fight for mine anymore. And now your new album is getting me through some even more tragic times. The loss of my mother when my childhood home burned down.. I just was finally able to put her to rest after 7 months of waiting for her body to be released, after years of not seeing her. I moved back the week before she died, I was so excited to tell her. She begged me for so long. 💔 Shit, smh but anyways.. Y'all save lives bruh. Truth. Thank you for pushing through and making some of your best music yet! It's been incredible to watch y'all grow. Thank you so much for everything. 🖤
The song is amazing and speak directly to my soul. I was with someone I thought I’d spend my whole life with. After several years. I was with her one day and on this particular day I was going to propose. I even had a ring in my pocket, she had a friend with her. I didn’t think anything of it, but as the day went on I realized they were sleeping together behind my back. I had to practically interrogate her for 4 hours on the phone. And she eventually broke down and told me about it. And I just left her. It’s been 3 years and I still haven’t felt the same about anyone. Not sure I ever will. She was the 1 person who was perfect for me. And thanks to her and I’s and my families stupid mistakes. I lost her. And she’s now engaged to him. And this song got me through that stage of my life
#lovemeans never giving up. No matter how hard. No matter how insane. Crazy. Whatever you call it. I have personally struggled with some personal issues as well brothers. But your music does do something for me. And anytime I've been around those struggling with addiction and ect, I always point them to Jenny. I've seen a lot of tears shed showing people that video. It has a deep deep emotional resonance and I thank you for putting you personal life into the art. I feel the authenticity and realness in all of your songs. Spirits was a big one for me. Still is. I listen to it on repeat once a few days a week. Spirits really got me (the song) because it took on so many meanings. For me I settled on what ment the most was alcohol. And how they were called Spirits because they believed you welcomed Spirits to take control of you. I love the album minus maybe 2 tracks. But honestly with most of my used to be favorites coming out with 1 or 2 decent song albums... I was happy you guys took your time. Thank you-
The album is great! Getting better with every listen. Saw y’all in Birmingham. I brought five friends who had never heard you. They said it was the best show we had seen as a group in years!
Love this! Your music is giving me so much drive to be who I align with inside of me. No more excuses, the sky's the limit. 🖤 I'd love to know some songs that have changed your lives - if it's not too intimate
#Love Means I know love y'all's music but your song Don't Stop helped me pick up the pieces and keep moving when I hit rock bottom after being assaulted sexually but I want to thank you for all your great and inspiring music
I love you. You are my favorite person in the whole entire wide universe. By the way me and my dad my aunt and uncle were at the Bloomington il concert I was the one with the sign. Sorry about your ribs but you still hit every single note
Appreciate this! I was actually introduced to your previous record a few months before you started releasing tracks from this one. I was in an abusive relationship for 6 yrs. We fought constantly and I thought it was all my fault. Nothing was good enough. Songs like go to war were exactly what I felt. Linkin Park was was always the band that had me feelings (RIP Chester) but you guys nailed it. I ended up breaking up with her and rebuilding my life. Still blaming myself until you don't know what love means with a mix of therapy. I love what you guys do. Saw you guys in PHX, the show right after the bus fire. Thank You for letting us in and knowing we aren't alone #lovemeans
We're all in this together. 💖💫 When I first heard your voice and the lyrics you rang out I was in it. I, personally, have been going through things in life over the years, as with so many of us, and there I found myself, in every album, hearing things that were true for me and/or the people in my life also. ALL of them. There are too many songs that resignate. Issues in my marraige, family and with my self. I love the passion and emotion that you gift to this place we are all alive in. 🙏💖 Love the Alan Watts add-ins also. 💫 I got a tattoo also. 🤷♀️😆 Peace & Blessings ❤️🔥
you are so handsome and so talented !! I LOVE YOUR VOICE WHEN YOU SING! Are you married and do you have any kids? I don't know anything about you, but I am so enamored by everything about you when ever i watch any of your videos! your band is AMAZING and SO Talented!
#lovemeans A year ago I was losing my self ended up going to a rehab and had the bible verse from Corinthians i believe that was a verse about love and I just carried it around on a napkin bro it was silly but scared out of my mind if I lost it or forgot it or it became in readable I would crumble to pieces... Sad thoughts and blurred ones. But that's my story thank you for your music I really relate often with y'all's music man it may even be helping so save souls and lives out there
Greatest Frontman 🤘
Such beautiful words ❤ from a beautiful soul. Thank you so much for blessing our lives with your words, your music 🎶, your talent. God Bless
Worthwhile dark music helps me be grateful and joyful throughout trials, so I am freed up to love others who need it, and those who don't.😊
Your guys's music introduce me to Alan Watts. His lectures saved me in a time in my life when I wanted to end it. If it was not for your music, I probably wouldn't be here. Can't wait to see you guys April 8th.

Blessed by the Creator and carried in love by Mother Earth... we are all the brightest souls and the whole world sees that. We are seeds and our children are growing into freedom.
I'd love to know some songs that have changed your lives - if it's not too intimate
When I first heard your voice and the lyrics you rang out I was in it. 🙏💖
Love the Alan Watts add-ins also. 💫
I got a tattoo also. 🤷♀️😆
Peace & Blessings ❤️🔥
you are so handsome and so talented !! I LOVE YOUR VOICE WHEN YOU SING! Are you married and do you have any kids? I don't know anything about you, but I am so enamored by everything about you when ever i watch any of your videos! your band is AMAZING and SO Talented!
#lovemeans
A year ago I was losing my self ended up going to a rehab and had the bible verse from Corinthians i believe that was a verse about love and I just carried it around on a napkin bro it was silly but scared out of my mind if I lost it or forgot it or it became in readable I would crumble to pieces... Sad thoughts and blurred ones. But that's my story thank you for your music I really relate often with y'all's music man it may even be helping so save souls and lives out there
love you! rest up man!
Jonny, as a throwback, do a cover of Petra’s Shakin’ the House. I hear some of that influence and you could rock that lyric and riff!
I wish you guys would come to South africa! Love you all
