Parmesan Roasted Cabbage Steaks with Basil Pesto

Cabbage steaks are delicious and easy way to cook cabbage. Cabbage is so good for you, but can taste a bit bland, so by adding crisp from parmesan cheese and flavorful basil pesto, we elevate the flavors and make a really enjoyable side dish.
Ingredients:
1 head of cabbage
Olive oil
salt/pepper
Parmesan Cheese
Basil Pesto
Method:
Cut cabbage into steaks. Brush with olive oil, sprinkle with salt/pepper.
Flip the disks and repeat olive oil, salt, pepper.
Sprinkle liberally with Parmesan cheese
Bake for 30 minutes at 400F/200C
Ready when the edges are browning
Spoon some basil pesto on top and enjoy while still hot
