All the Nokia smartphones made since 2016 were manufactured by HMD only. nokia 2, Nokia 6 2017, nokia 6.1 2018 Nokia 8 2018 These phones are great smartphone in durability and build quality. If HMD had not taken charge of Nokia, Nokia phones would not have been found even after searching in the market. HMD kept Nokia alive and even their budget phones are better than iPhone in terms of durability.
I have bought almost all Nokia smartphones made by HMD and they still have the Nokia design style, which I am very happy about. It would be very disappointing if HMD no longer launches Nokia smartphones.

First HMD "Nokia" range (3, 5, 8) was looking promising - solid phones at 3 different affordability levels. 8 was lovely. Scirocco and 8.3 too, and I still have 9pv in my drawer. BUT they ruined the brand after x.1 series when they started releasing dozens of all too-similar phones, with more and more confusing names (plus, XL, Chinese versions and later confusing letters too) which saturated the range with unremarkable low end phones which, while ok, were just a result of mass market flood. Still baffles me why so many phones with so many spec overlaps were allowed to be released. Should they stay with a much more compact range like when they started, and expand into high end to cover the entire spectrum with one solid and beautiful device at each level, it would perhaps not run the brand identity into the ground.

Why don't you consider manufacturing at least one premium feature phone? The current market is flooded with feature phones of subpar quality, often cheaply made and prone to fragility due to their plastic construction. I recently purchased my third phone (Nokia 5710) in less than three years. Both of my previous phones (Nokia 5310 and Nokia 6310) lasted only a few months longer than a year before experiencing IC failure. There is still a demand among users for premium keypad phones with superior build quality and longevity...
I wish you luck for the future. I think phones like the G42 are the way to go. For dumbphones I suggest a Basic Android OS that can have proper WhatsApp.
Asha touch or button phone like ones with simple android gunctionalities like whatsapp map browser or some lite apps on go edition or some aosp os ....for basic phones
I bought Nokia 6.1 in 2018, almost six years have passed. I still have this phone and I am watching your video from this phone. I feel that no one can compete with the build quality of Nokia. Now Nokia should make a comeback like it did in 2018 with 5G phones. Be it a low budget phone or a high budget Nokia metal body phone should be kept on making. Nokia is a one of pioneer in phone market. There was no one to compet it in market. Nokia Windows and meego were best in world. People couldn't understand power and safety of those OS. If Nokia wants to come back and bounce back and get 1st position in market as past, then they should produce WINDOWS and ANDROID both OS.

Hi HMD. I’m using Nokia 4000 4G. But it’s not useable write now. It has network problem, double tapping issue, sometime crashes, and i also make sure about factory reset more than 5 times. Everyday scolding by my parent. Please make sure proper bugs free update😢😭

If u will still use almost clean Android like in Nokia, and fix offset of status bar icons and most important price of phones with similar spec will be similar to competitors(I mean Motorola, Xiaomi etc.) like in yours early times to Nokia X10/20(this phones was too overpriced for that specs) then it will maybe work again like in yours early days - and do i see correctly reference to Nokia N9 on yours "About" website? X20 is a good device. I'm still using it after 2 years and i'm not complaining that much. Motorola with only one year os updates or chinese xiaomi could never reach that level
@@K_pax0703 At release it was overpriced, and currently Motorola have not that bad update policy - Edge series have 2 OS update and 4 years of security updates, so yes, if they again will do same thing like with X10 and X20 then it will fail

And Motorola design is actually similar to last Nokia devices, especially X30, G60 and G42, so yes Nokia was good when they had competetive price with other chinase brands, because that Nokia above is just name, nothing more

Hmd will launch phones tomorrow at mwc24. Finally get rid of Chinese brands. Hopefully HMD will bring back the Lumia design ❤. Best wishes..
Hi HMD. I’m using Nokia 4000 4G. But it’s not useable write now. It has network problem, double tapping issue, sometime crashes, and i also make sure about factory reset more than 5 times. Everyday scolding by my parent. Please make sure proper bugs free update😢😭

If u will still use almost clean Android like in Nokia, and fix offset of status bar icons and most important price of phones with similar spec will be similar to competitors(I mean Motorola, Xiaomi etc.) like in yours early times to Nokia X10/20(this phones was too overpriced for that specs) then it will maybe work again like in yours early days - and do i see correctly reference to Nokia N9 on yours "About" website? That pink one?
X20 is a good device. I'm still using it after 2 years and i'm not complaining that much. Motorola with only one year os updates or chinese xiaomi could never reach that level
@@K_pax0703 At release it was overpriced, and currently Motorola have not that bad update policy - Edge series have 2 OS update and 4 years of security updates, so yes, if they again will do same thing like with X10 and X20 then it will fail
@@dev1anceONE for keeping the device for longer i think the price is okay. I'm not a fan of Motorola's design, only colors are great. Their camera is mid, but for listening music it's great. X series was interesting, i think x30 was really high-made done and the rugged ones
@@K_pax0703 For price of X30 u can buy Google Pixel 7A because in my country X30 cost around 531 euros, so u can easily get for that a lot better Pixel 7A with best camera for that price. And Motorola design is actually similar to last Nokia devices, especially X30, G60 and G42, so yes Nokia was good when they had competetive price with other chinase brands, because that Nokia above is just name, nothing more
