You’ve convinced me, first year college student here looking for a laptop for both school and personal use as well as a bit of gaming. Thank you this was very helpful. It is currently 700$ on the Lenovo website and I’ll be ordering it.
@@sanannazari7764 hey!! I got it in August and I absolutely love it! I got the 16 inch bc it was cheaper, but I love the display, it’s very simple to use and I love how it doesn’t lag when I have sooo many tabs open. I use it for college and I don’t even download many files only my word documents. The camera quality is not the best but that’s not the purpose lol idk why I expected macbook camera. I love to e fingerprint feature too. Really good laptop!! And it’s touchscreen and I can use it as an iPad sometimes. Mine is quite heavy but that means it’s stronger I guess. The fan gets loud when I am doing updates but that’s about it.
Thanks for the review, I liked the close up shot on the keyboard keys. Really shows that they have quite a bit of travel and seem comfortable to type on
@@sidspunkgirl79 I got the laptop, used few days. It's best in that price range. I liked it. Nothing to complain. I'm not used to using the pen, i still need to figure out if it helps in tablet mode. I only have a problem my screen doesn't rotate invert when in tablet mode.
Using this laptop (same color) from February 2024, my brother recommended me at that time, and watching about it today. So it seems like i am watching a laptop which can be dream of many. Grateful. I watched your video to see more use of pen. if possible make one small short about pen again.
The hinges are they thin? I heard that the yoga models hinges are infamous for disconnecting except if they are chained is that true. I want to buy this laptop (i wont use the 2 in 1 feature).
I’m trying to decide between the 7i & 9i 2 in 1’s. In the UK I can specify the same CPU, display, memory & storage in both, but the 9i costs nearly £300 more. The main benefit of the 9i is the speaker location being different than the 7i - and I recognised the 7i issue if you use it in tent mode or with the keyboard face down. This is the first review I’ve watched that has pointed the speak location issue out, well done.
I’m a medical student looking to buy this laptop but is there a major difference between the 14 inch and 16 inch version or can I get away with buying the smaller one?
It's just a display size preference. Do you like a larger screen or do you like a smaller screen? Smaller ones going to be more compact and convenient. Largest screen will have larger display but maybe you need a larger backpack. Up to your preference
How come the one you linked for canada, the processor is different from the laptop in your vid? The canada one is 125U and your vid is H. Is there a difference between the 2?
Thanks for the video! I'm considering getting this or the Zenbook 14 OLED Flip. What would you recommend? Did you notice any screen door effect on the 7i?
@ sorry just saw this I ended up getting it and it was great the hinge felt really strong. I ended up returning it and going with the new MacBook as windows is just a buggy mess.
Wait a minute, I also looked at the Lenovo Yoga 7i, but when I looked at it, this computer is not the same. Is it related to the screen size or is it something different?I don't know much about these things, so I wonder if I looked at it wrong?
What a great timing of review. I am looking to get one of this or ideapad pro 5 and this review comes at the perfect time. Thankyou. Btw, any suggestions which one to go for? This or ideapad pro 5 (14in without dedicated gpu)
Will this Lenovo laptop will cum in (Lunar Lake) Ultra Series 2 Processor with allmost the same configuration....????? plz reply and when it may be launched soon......

How does it differ from the Yoga 9i 2-in-1? Though they have similar specs, the Yoga 9i is in the higher price range.
You are trying your best ! Best of Luck !
Thank you so much!
Prefect review for a laptop
Thanks a lot

Hey, great video. One question though, how did you manage to get 12-15h battery life, mine shows 8-9h in energy saving mode at 94%.
Because he has affiliate links.
Is it good for programming in btech cse?
How big is the difference in battery life and performance between the intel and AMD models 14" ?
Some say AMD is slightly better in term of battery and games. I bought Intel due higher RAM.

Would this be fine for gaming?
you appreciated a lot about hinge.. can you open it with single handedly ?
No the hinge is strong which is why you must open it with two hands.
A very valuable content provided
Glad it was helpful!
What about the fan noise with this Core 7 155H configuration?
Just bought this💙
Great video!
Does the laptop run hot?
How loud is the fan?
Doesn't heat too much (no over heating) fan is audible in max speed but silent for the most part

Hi bro please the name of this pen ??
Thanks for the video! I'm considering getting this or the Zenbook 14 OLED Flip. What would you recommend? Did you notice any screen door effect on the 7i?
Can I play starfiled with this without any trouble?
I hate that the speaker is not on the hinge like my 4yo yoga as well as the finger print reader.

I wanna know too 😅
Is this the Aura Edition ?
has anyone's lagged a bit when watching videos on the lenovo yoga 7i (gen 9)?

Does the pen stay in the laptop like Samsung pen?
There is a small plastic attachment for that included in the box
