You showed all the difficulties encountered when undertaking a project like this one. Most videos DO NOT show every detail or explain or tell you how many things can trip you up. You are one of the very few who tells it like it is. You have a lot of courage tackling all of these car projects and learning so much as you go. I applaud you, and wish you continued success.
Nice work. 15:50 - I would suggest using some kind of foam mat under your back - it is at least something that keeps this concrete chill away from your nerve roots - it would be a shame to see you suffering... xxx

Safety glasses when your working underneath the car go a long way. It’s always that one little piece of dust or dirt that seems to make it to your eyes. It’s awesome that you work on your own car. That’s the best part!!

I have installed several after market items like the one you're just about to install and they don't fit like the factory one's but it will look nice good luck
You did a really good job. I'm guessing that even though the front splitter seemed pretty sturdy in your garage when you first attached it, the increased downforce might have caused a problem over time. I think you were wise to go back the next day and really get it right. And it's great that you're doing the work yourself. Are you self-taught or did you take some auto mechanic classes? Just curious.
Those screws missing up top really bothered me along with the moon clips. Glad I took a second look and got it done right. I feel better about it. I've done a couple mechanical tasks with my father back then when I was younger. When I got my 16 GT I got more into working on my car with the help of friends. I mainly watch video and read about what needs to be done and how. If I can't find an answer, I have verbal assistance I can leverage.

love the rtr side splitters Im waiting on someone to get them in stock looks like they are on back order...the extra clips really help or else they will sag down , on my old mustang i used the plastic pop rivet's and worked out well
I know for the 15 - 17's they were on back order. Those come with the rear splitters too. For the 18 models, they were in stock. Use the extra clips works well. I don't trust that 3m tape it comes with.

The color of the stripes is what made this car for me in terms of color. I wouldn't have chosen black if it wasn't for the stripes. I did think of changing them to something different. But I have not really settled on a color. Thank you and thanks for taking the time to watch.
Your channel is having fun. There is one question. I am on the 2017 Mustang Convertible in Korea. The part of the switch that opened the roof was broken, but I wonder about the price of the accessories in the US. In Korea, roof switch parts in indoor lamps cost more than $ 1,000.

Looks really good. May be a mod I'll consider for the future. Check out part #: LRS-2015TF, from LMR or the Anchor Room, amber marker smoked tint. It will look real nice on your 350.

I thought about adding that APR splitter under the R one I just added. But I think it'll be too much..still a thought.

Anyway good luck with your channel and I think it's pretty cool you do your own mods! Oh.. also dont forget to check your oil levels I have read the voodoo engines consume a bit more oil than the coyotes do especially if spirited driving is involved. 👍

I went through this too. Popping off the center piece of the stock splitter took 1 hour, the rest took 10 minutes. I know the trick now...
lol..I almost wanted to break that piece out of frustration.

Is that really carbon fiber or just an overlay? It looked pretty flimsy when you were screwing it in. Carbon fiber isn't flexible like that after it's been baked.
It's an overlay finish towards the front.
