Yup it's me. When you were talking without the engine running, I could barely hear you due to my hearing problem, so I cranked up the volume to better hear you. Well that all changed when you started the engine as my speakers almost jumped off the table :-) . As always I enjoyed your videos...Ken
Sorry about that Ken. I bought new software for editing the videos. The old one was real easy to adjust the volume of the clips, but I haven't figured it out yet with the new one. Thanks for letting me know, I will see if I can figure it out.
My 147 is also stuck in gear like yours. The shift column fins parallel and behind the steering column, where it ends in a bucket? With a collar. Mine appears to be rusted tight, and hard to get to without disassembling the control panel/tower. Following your videos to see what else it may be.

Miss your videos. Still wanna see that gas blowtorch rebuild.
Amazing how much tougher built that is compared to today’s units
Jim
Built to last! Thanks for the comment Jim.
Shane - Blind Dog Blades curious: How do they get power from horizontal shat down to deck on 147?
Just a belt and a couple pulleys powered by the front PTO.
