Courage the Cowardly Dog was one of my favorite shows as a kid so I named my real dog Courage the Cowardly Dog and if you know the show he acts just like him.
Adult Swim is Cartoon Network's more adult programming block. One of their longest running shoes is Aqua Teen Hunger Force, which features some zany medical situations. Total Re-Carl and Super Model both have some great surgery gags, Carl Wash has some goofy anesthesia hijinks, Moonajuana has some medical marijuana talk at the very beginning, Laser Lenses has some eye procedure stuff in the middle, and Party All the Time is all about terminal cancer.
And we wouldn’t have gotten it if it weren’t for, well, a few women. Plus Seth MacFarlane might not have started his career as a writer without it. It’s also the show in which Mayor Adam West made his debut.
Those cartoons were big part of my teen years somewhere around early 2000, you only missed "I am weasel" for a full set :) amazing episode nonetheless :) best regards from Poland, keep it up!

I loved Courage the Cowardly Dog's medically questionable content so much as a kid lol. Surprised you didn't even get to where the vertebrae caused Eustace to genetically mutate into a giant kangaroo monster (which obviously is medically impossible, but it was hilarious as a kid)

Courage and The Cowardly Dog is a great show for it's absurdity. It's kind of known for its horror. Some episodes are horrifying in others ways. But it revolves around a purple dog showing his dedication & love to his mom, Muriel. Who is very loving herself. Her husband, Eustace, is very grumpy, and selfish. The music is great in Courage & The Cowardly Dog, and super atmospheric, as well.
You have a lot of nerve to bring up this level of nostalgia. I almost forgot how awesome my childhood was, and I'm actually surprised how accurate some of these scenes were. ❤

I always enjoyed the episodes of Courage the Cowardly Dog where Dr. Vindaloo appeared. He was a fun character. And I'd always wondered if there was a special name for that disc, and what purpose it served. I always figured it'd be some big, multisyllabic name, but it's just a "head mirror". But I like it. Simple, easy to remember.
My aunt and once met a man who had hiccups for a straight week. We were at Walmart and he noticed I was hiccuping a lot so he gave some suggestions on how to get rid of it. Afterwards he talked about how he had chronic hiccups last week and had to go to the doctor. Honestly I had never heard of hiccups getting to that point before so it was a very interesting conversation.
I always cringed whenever I saw that episode of courage the cowardly dog. Using a mallet to insert a bone into a spinal column with powerful force. I can’t imagine the pain going through that without anesthetic.

These shows were a big part my childhood and i think i speak for a lot of us when i say i was wishing for this one Also, about the hiccups, a teacher of mine in 7th grade told us about the spasming muscles and such, and a kid tried to argue with her.
