I read The woman in the library last year when it was first published....it’s very good! I also read the Auralee Wallace book along with the second book in the series, and I loved both of them. The Fury is on my want to read list and I am now adding several of these to my exploding lists😊
In the Company of Witches was one of my five stars last year! Although it wasn’t ground breaking, it truly is everything you need for the autumn season.
I barely read non-fiction, but you picked up two of my favorites. The Stranger in the Woods is so good! I could barely put it down! 💚 Yes, Man's Search for Meaning will break you. It's on my "5 Best Books Ever" list. It's extremely tough going, but you'll be glad you read it when you're done. 💔💔💔
Great selection of books! I also look forward to Voyage of the Damned 💙 I read The Fury last month; it was a big disappointment. And The Hollow Places was a DNF. The pace was wayyy too slow😖
I absolutely love all your videos! It seems like we have similar tastes because I usually love all your recs! My bank account is sad after I watch 😂 Thanks for making fabulous content! ❤
Boy Parts was such a great read. I read it late last year and really enjoyed it. I definitely think its best to go in blind on that book and just let the book pull you where it wants to take you :)
I love when I sing, mountains dance! What a title indeed. I am currently reading it but had to start over a third of the way through to take notes. It is very beautifully written but you definitely need some brain capacity to enjoy all its layers I think 🌻
I always enjoy the diversity in your hauls. There are several that are on my TBR, and I've added a few you shared today. Chain Gang All-Stars was one of my favorite reads of last year. I still think about it.
Have a good happy journey type of story to read AFTER reading Man's Search for Meaning. It is a difficult book to get through though I do believe he's right about people need purpose and meaning in life in order to survive bad periods in their life.
It will be interesting to see what you think of Boy Parts, I read it and while the commentary on society was interestingly done, I didn't enjoy the book
I liked The Hollow Places but not as much as Nettle/Bone and What Moves the Dead. Currently reading The Stranger Times series which is urban fantasy-paranormal-humorous and very engaging. Written by a UK comedian. I’m on the 4th book. Check it out!
“In the company of witches” was such a cute, cozy, fast read which I loved the whole way through (read it in a day). 🪄🤍 thanks for the recommendations! Unpopular opinion, I HATED the unfortunate side effects book, DNF’d at 80-100 pages?- awful! The writing style was terrible , characters were meh. I fell for the all the pre-hype, totally.
I was pretty underwhelmed with A Man's Search for Meaning. A Company of Witches is on my TBR, too!
I would cover-buy all these books!❤
"The unfortunate side affects..." is on my February TBR✨️Oh, I love magic and love - 🧀-y🤭
I Who Have Never Known Men is as good as the title suggests. Happy reading.

Another video where all mystery books go to my TBR 🥰 You should also read Thornhedge from T. Kingfisher, it's sleeping beauty, but creepier.
Hi Alice
These books sounds so good. I hope that you will enjoy them as you read them.
Take Care & Happy Reading

That Frankl book is AMAZING. I could not recommend it highly enough.
What a great haul of books! There’s a few I shall be adding to by tbr 😊

Your hauls are always inspiring ❤ I need to work through my tbr XD
Hello Alice ! I really hope you'll read viktor frankl. It is a very important book for self growth. See you very soon !
That is an exciting list!

Good tip, I will! ❤️
Great haul, added some books to my tbr list!
I'm definitely going to check out the first book
❤❤❤

Oooh interesting! I wonder what I’ll make of it!
❤📚📚❤️
Nice haul, taking notes 😊
I'm reading Swordheart by T Kingfisher, it's very funny, have you read it?
Not yet! 😊

I liked nettle and bone more, but somehow the hollow places is the one that really stuck with me. I think about it all the time :D
Emily Wilde's Encyclopaedia of Faeries was my biggest book disappointment of 2023 :D
