Bought tickets for Tyler Childers that night in NW Arkansas for surprise bday present for my wife. Had em on and she says she don't like em. Gave them tickets away. Billy and crew saved the day. She loved Billy and St Aug Amp. Thanks for sharing!
@@jamesgregory4274lol on what planet? St Augustine is on the Beach so is this venue. My point was I thought they nailed the song a touch better. That is all
Was there on 3 hits of premium gel tab cid! Was a couch fan of Billy but witnessing that much energy and emotion in person was indescribable. Stole My Face! 😊
I was there on a half dozen doobbies and a couple of half pints of Jim Beam on the wife's 64th birthday. I bought Tyler Childers tickets for same night but later discovered she was not a fan. Billy and crew fit the bill though. Headed back to that place for Whiskey Myers in September.
Damn that fiddle is like a hot knife through the heart. Great to see this again. I'm gonna have to travel further south cuz these last few shows were killer.
That guitar riff still gives chills, tears are your heart and brings you back to your teenage years, high school, wherever you were when this was released..... We still miss you Layne
Bluegrass doing grunge Country doing metal Rock going country Millennials wearing classic rock concert Ts…. Gwen Stefani countrifying her songs… What a whirled!!
hope this stays in rotation. would love to see him start doing some soundgarden or temple of the dog. his style would work so well with chris cornell lyrics
@@BrotherBren this shows how little you know about chris cornell. dive deeper. . FWIW, black hole sun done by nora jones was incredible and dark. Billy would have zero issue putting his spin on it. Black Hole sun would be the obvious choice but Jesus Christ Pose or Outshined would work. But my thought would be more leaning to Temple of the Dog.

That fiddle really cuts through to the heart of this song. I saw the Cincy version. Amazing.
We were there too for the Cincy debut. It was great.
