Montgomery Ward. I remember buying jeans and t-shirts there from working my Mickey D’s gig back in 86 ⬅️ that’s when the food 🍔🍟 was actually good, kids. 😋
Those plants were very popular back in the day. And yes, talking to plants was considered very beneficial for both the person and plant. I sure do miss the the 70's.
If u are a tourist visitng The Projects in Chicago, there should be a sign saying WARNING, OUT OF CONTROL ABUSIVE VIOLENT FATHER LIVES HERE! AVOID IF POSSIBLE!😮😮😮😮😮😮
This episode. Investing all that energy into this contest for no reward. Made no sense when you really think about it. A super poor family (that's always talking about it) investing energy into this contest with no reward. For sure gon stay poor. The Evans family might have been humble but they weren't without some kind of pride or in the least intelligence. Put their energy into a contest with no reward all while constantly talking about how poor they are? They arguably wouldn't think of doing it. It wouldn't be worth the time to them. Certainly not to James.
@@micusdinkinsshesstillalive5205 an award that was worth nothing. Why would a poor family waste their time participating in a contest that doesn't actually benefit them

Yup... Montgomery Wards, Woolworth, Venture, and Kmart were my favorite spots to shop back in the day; now all of them are out of business.
@@jamesorsby7553: KMart still exists, although there are only 3 stores open in the US.
I loved this show!
James is the #1 Father(to me). ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️💯

It's too bad that they didn't get along off camera, because the show was pretty good.
