How secure is this? Will it work its way loose overtime? I have seen the ones at the gym work itself loose from the ceiling which was concrete.

PEOPLE, THIS IS NOT HOW YOU DO THIS!
Drill bit was too thick, you forgot to place the support before hammering the anchors in, then you forgot the washers.
You pulled most of the anchors out when you tightened the nuts!
You should use nyloc nuts, or add a jam nut, or at least some nut glue.

This is obviously an old video so I'll be grateful to get an answer from anyone 😂 my ex installed something like this in my concrete ceiling before we broke up years ago. I've manged to get the outer frame off, but still can't get the long screw things out of the ceiling. I think theyre the same as the two that are hammered in here...but there are three and they seem to have a metal round thing holding them in. Anyone know how I can get them out? It's really annoying having these big screws dangling when I didn't want them pit there to begin with! All suggestions appreciated. Thank you.

2 questions, one, at 0:45 did you drill all the way into the ceiling until that rotary drill disappears or no? And two, at 1:17, where did the two washers go that were just connected to those screws at 1:10?
I think I drilled all the way, I installed that bag years ago. The big screws included the washers.

This thing surrely doesen't work. The bolts/screws are not screwed in the ceiling or even used a plastic/metal dowel.
It works. It expands when you tighten the nuts thus holding it firm.

A 2 screw rooftop base CERTAINLY DOES not seem like the best choice
Don't look stable seems at some point it may drop out the drill bit seemed pretty big you hammered it you never showed your self jumping on to the punch bag hang on to the punch bag holding on to it on it...or even punching it I installed one same brand punch bag Everlast four foot long pu type not leather I got some body to install it into my garage ceiling used the Everlast heavy bag hanging wood beam attachment I tested it out it not gonna ever fall the guy who installed it tested it out we both hung off it pulled it punched it...installing into concrete sealing gonna be different obviously using different drill bit...i cant say it's a job well done unless you tested it out to while uploading this video

you first need a stud finder so you make sure you drill into a wooden beam on the ceiling
