In our near house area closed service center and only sales ola shop. Now service center is far 5 kms more from my house and alternative service center is 9 km. From 8,9 service center total in app and now 5, 6 service center showing at app within 1 year
The issue was not resolved yet whenever I go for service they are saying it's not possible now come later on whenever I get the next date and I visited the service centre they are saying that it's not possible now
As far as my experience, "HyperService" is same as any Normal Service, only addition is showing service status and payment through application. However, things like brake tightening, horn issue, ride issue and other miscellaneous things which requires small adjustment are given more priority, many times in few minutes all is set. They are only taking time if some part needs to be replaced.
What a joke . They will complete 1000 but how, in Bhubaneshwar cuttack area we have 5 service center, now 2 service center are closed 😂 presently we have only 3 .
I have clocked 38000 km with my ola s1 pro.. Still no issue with battery / build quality.. Recently i got serviced instantly and through care plus my ola got delivered at doorstep too.. (mumbai) I am happy OLA customer.. I have saved 85000 rs till today.. and coming march i am celebrating 3rd year.. People should understand this vehicle as gadget.. often people misread and flow with social media's immotions.. We must support made in INDIA.. instead of just engaging in wrong comments... People should compare features and running cost... Naye invention ko hameshaa hi oppose hota hai.. that's human nature.. History says it transition is not that much accepted by society.. asehi nahi kitne scientists ko jaan se haath dhonaa padaa... I stand with Invention..
Ola bhut bekar scooter hai. Mere paas hai, 6000 km me hi kharab ho gyi. Service bekar hai, bas internet pr hi claim hote hai , par on road sab bekar hai 👎👎
My issue resolved in 1 day. My scooter was having an issue that it stopped at every 5 minute. I raised a complaint. Service centre is just 15 minute from my location. They asked me to leave the scooter for one day. I was afraid it might take a month as per comments i read on internet everyday. But the next day itself i got a call that issue is resolved and scooter is ready. I went there and took a drive and they fixed the issue. Also they found out that some noise was coming from under the MID screen. They fixed that too.
Recently,few days ago,my ola totally bandh ho gai thi bt same day company through towing se contact kar k( same provided by ola that's awesome) service centre pe same day hyper service book Kari thi aur next day gadi ready ho gayi ....so that was totally unexpected from ola bt they have done it on time...good to say before time ( ha paise bahot sare Gaye even if ola care plus plan bt gadi warranty se jyada kms run ki hui thi) part nt covered name MOTOR CONTROLLING UNIT ... COSTING 16 K...THAT WAS TO MUCH FOR ME REALLY HORRIBLE...BT HYPER SERVICE AND ALL FOLLOW UP WAS SO MUCH IMPROVED THESE DAYS

No use of new plan untill they work on existing service improvement. All current customers are frustated and no use of buying care plus plan except RSA and free drop. Instead of extra expenses they should work on existing service centre improvement Ola company owner must visit their company service centre. Lot of gap between makettinv gimmick and actual service they provide. They are completing new services in one under hyperservice but they provides new issues as a gift. So bike owners need to take care while receiving their ola bike, we always take video and pictures of bike before and after service because they will not give you insuarance help if any thing is damaged or scratched or color pill off after service so always take videos. I am currently using my bike because it is my first bike but ola is playing marketing gimmick. Ola company owner don't just announce new bike new feature new offers instead provide good product and service. Sorry for long comment but we are totally frustated.
Super worst servicing from Ola . Ola bike is just like use and throw . If you are ready for USE N THROW, then definitely go for Ola . I have never heard good thing from any Ola users . They need atleast 2-3 more years to prove their customer support .
