My sister drives 50 kms per day to teach in a school. Ola lene ka plan kar rahi thi, but we finally decided to buy Activa. 2 saal se bina kisi bhi problem k gadi chal rahi hai. Thank god Ola nahin kharidi.
This is a difference between Italian and Portuguese design and workmanship. When Vespa Scooter came from Italy and Bajaj manufactured it, no problems. This Portuguese electric scooter is- Chala to chand tak, nahi to raat tak! Customer experience with "quality" is their evidence. There was time, Ellan Musk was staying and sleeping in Tesla factory. Because they had problems with robots used in the production. It took almost a year to solve the problems. He did not push back saying- such problems are normal, no big deal!!
I have been using Ola s1 Pro since last 1.5 years, I have 16k km on my bike and I have not faced any issues in terms of service or riding. The only problem is getting appointment at service center.
I'm very happy with my Activa 6g, service center na le jaane ka mann ho toh har dus kadam pe aise mechanics baethe hain jo Activa ke baare me A to Z jaante hain😂❤❤ Tension free, abhi India me EV utna develop nahi hua hai jitna foreign me hai, that's why I chose ICE over EV😊

My senior once shared his experience at OLA, where he worked with Bhavish Aggarwal. He mentioned that Bhavish used to hold meetings late at night, from 12 to 2 AM, often under the influence, indulging in substances like marijuana. Not kidding but seriously those was his words only. & yes attrition rate is nearly equals to 48%.
I am using ola S1 Since Sep 2022. Overall good product. Only challenge is no service / repair facility. My rear brake pipe broke 2 months back. Visited 5 times to service centre of my city Mumbai, but not in stock. They even don't give any time or date about availability of part. Very bad service facility. Complaint centre me phone karne ka bhi koi fayda nahi, they just raise ticket number and then after some days they directly close ticket number even without solving my problem
I have tested all the scooters EV or Petrol, finally I went for TVS 125, 2 years now, never had any problem, once I changed seat cover that's all, as far as ola is concerned I will never go for it, since bhavish Agarwal is money minded person he cares only for money, 4 years back I took ola cab for lease on deposit of 30000, they promised when I return the car they will refund the amount, but after 100s of visit to their office, i still haven't received my money, so I believe the foundation of this company is based on fraud

I am S1 pro customer. Scooter more than 2 yrs. I have taken careplus for last two years, last one and half months, standing dead at home. Their customers care says I do not have careplus as per their system I sent them certificate valid till March 2025 and the money receipt. Nobody attends to it.

I am using 2 Electric Scooter for the past 2 years not OLA. Truth is, there are Lots of precautions which we should follow on Electric vehicle. Majority of users never known it, at the end put blame on industry. 1. During Rain, I won't take EV Vehicle outside, always park in a safe protected place. My neighbour park EV Vehicle on open sky during Rain. During Charging I ensure it to Off Charger on time. Even during 2 a.m midnight, I went to Ground floor to off charger. My Neighbour puts Charging 24 x7 in On during 100 % Charge. Likewise 100s of things there to follow. I care my 2 EV Vehicle likely 2 Childrens. I never faced Single breakdowns.

It's crucial for potential employees to be aware of this culture. While OLA may offer opportunities in sales, the environment can be stressful and demanding. Just sharing my experience for others to consider. Also HRs are there puppet only they never talk about the mental peace or anything as well as within the year they do the layoff thrice or even four times to show their balance sheet healthy which never ever happened in OLA history.

I am currently using the Ather 450 and 450 Plus models. The Ather 450 has covered 46,000 kilometers over a period of 5 years, while the Ather 450 Plus has covered 14,000 kilometers in 18 months. In my opinion, these electric scooters are highly reliable and cost-effective to maintain. The service provided by the Chennai service center has been excellent.

Boot lock bhi krab ho jata baar baar Ye meri scooty nhi mere dost par mai mostly ushke sath rehta toh ye mere bhi sath hui mai ushke sath jata tha service centre 12 sai 13 baar ja chuka kahi ladka nhi aya kahi kuch bol dete hmare toh 1lakh challe gye 😢
mujhe ather company pasand hai, ather ola electric se pahle start hui, R&D kere ja rahi thi, ola baad me start hui aur fatafat-fatafat bechne lagi. ather ne abhi tak bhi manufacturing ko optimise nahi kiya hai, mahngi aati hai, keregi tab shayad sasti ho jaye.
अब बात छेडी है इलेक्ट्रिक वीहकल की तो मै आप को बताता हु मै आज से 22 साल पहले इलेक्ट्रिक कार [ Reva ] का सर्विस इंजीनीयर रह चुका हु तो मैने उसमे 5 साल काम कीया था तब मै गुजरात मै एक लौता इलेक्ट्रिक व्हीकल का जानकार था , तो उसमे मैने समझा की जो बैटरी है उसको India का वेधर ठीक नही है क्योकि तापमान 40+ बैटरी जब चार्जिंग मे हो या रनींग मे गर्म तो होती ही है 40+50=90 Degree तो जब बैट्री 90Degree गरम होगी तो आग लगनी ही है तो कुल मिलाकर जहा हमेशा ठंड पडती होगी वहा सक्सेस है

I am using 2 Electric Scooter for the past 2 years not OLA. Truth is, there are Lots of precautions which we should follow on Electric vehicle. Majority of users never known it, at the end put blame on industry. 1. During Rain, I won't take EV Vehicle outside, always park in a safe protected place. My neighbour park EV Vehicle on open sky during Rain. During Charging I ensure it to Off Charger on time. Even during 2 a.m midnight, I went to Ground floor to off charger. My Neighbour puts Charging 24 x7 in On during 100 % Charge. Likewise 100s of things there to follow. I care my 2 EV Vehicle likely 2 Childrens. I never faced Single breakdowns.
Ola ka scooty liye hu 9 month pahale, baas ak do chhoti problem aayi and company ne sahi kar diya. OLA best👍 hai. Bajaj, Tvs lootTi hai. Ola ke 75k ka scooty tvs & bajaj ke 1.45 laks ko easily beat 👊kar deti hai. And service ye log jald hi sahi kar lenge, please🙏 koi rumors mat phailao, main 9months me 19k km chala diya hu, koi major problem nhi hai.

At OLA, I found that the focus is heavily on sales, with little regard for service quality or customer issues. Employees are under immense pressure to meet sales targets, often at the expense of work-life balance and personal well-being. Raising service concerns with higher management was challenging, as they seemed to prioritize sales over addressing service issues. Additionally, employees not meeting sales expectations may face performance improvement plans (PIP) or even termination without much notice. It's crucial for potential employees to be aware of this culture. While OLA may offer opportunities in sales, the environment can be stressful and demanding. Just sharing my experience for others to consider. Also HRs are there puppet only they never talk about the mental peace or anything as well as within the year they do the layoff thrice or even four times to show their balance sheet healthy which never ever happened in OLA history.

ओला का फोकस कभी service पर रहा ही नही,,,, इनका फोकस सिर्फ- सिर्फ sale पर है, बस ज्यादा से ज्यादा बेचो। इनकी बैटरी सबसे low quality की है । ये लोग बैटरी पर भी पैसा खा रहे है, दुनिया का सबसे घटिया cell ये use कर रहे है, 8 साल की बैटरी warranty सिर्फ कागजो पर है और रियल में कोई warranty नही है

मै आज से 22 साल पहले इलेक्ट्रिक कार [ Reva ] का सर्विस इंजीनीयर रह चुका हु तो मैने उसमे 5 साल काम कीया था तब मै गुजरात मै एक लौता इलेक्ट्रिक व्हीकल का जानकार था , तो उसमे मैने समझा की जो बैटरी है उसको India का वेधर ठीक नही है क्योकि तापमान 40+ बैटरी जब चार्जिंग मे हो या रनींग मे गर्म तो होती ही है 40+50=90 Degree तो जब बैट्री 90Degree गरम होगी तो आग लगनी ही है तो कुल मिलाकर जहा हमेशा ठंड पडती होगी वहा सक्सेस है
