Hi Jason - two questions: 1. What are all the ingredients in your post-workout shake? You mention whey and creatine, but what else? Yogurt? Bananas? 2. @8:58 you show two bottles, each with half a packet of LMNT. Do you normally split LMNT packets into two servings like that? Thanks for all you do to support we CrossFitters of a certain age :)
1. Post workout = Black Label Supplements Whey Protein + Creatine. That's it. 2. I split LMNT only when I plan on drinking a ton of water... normally it's one packet in one shaker bottle.
@@JasonGrubb Thanks. But aren't the whey protein and creatine powders? They're mixed with something, right? Water? Sorry to nitpick... I make a smoothie almost every day so am curious if I can learn from your mix.
