Important safety tip. The backup camera is just a little plastic dial you turn to unlock a clip. It's not a tight Torx screw that has to be turned hard to undo. I about broke mine! Thank you for this video. Simple, but nice procedure to know BEFORE you really need it.
Good info for newbies out there that don’t know how to turn a screwdriver, more likely changing their own flat tire now a days. When I had my 03 Jeep Liberty I rotated all five matching wheels and tires to prolong my longevity on getting new tires. One tip is if you have wheel nut locks, get rid of it , they are a pain in the ass to get them off with the tire wrench. Not much stability and control. You shear off the groves.
If you ever get a flat in the back I would put a spare in the front and a good front in the back and keep it in 2H just to be safe since you don’t have a matching spare. But likely not an issue for short distances. If anyone plans to Offroad I would recommend 5 matching ones. I should do this in my garage too to make sure everything is there!
I’ve taken ours off for tire rotation but not with the supplied tool kit, to be honest I don’t even know where that tool kit is😂!! I might wanna look for it it’s probably in the same place!! We have those goofy but maybe necessary tamper proof wheel nuts which are dealer puts them on everything, so you have to keep that special lug tool in the vehicle, not much of a big deal!!

This was the first time I've taken one off with all of the Jeeps I've had! Not too bad as long as you have the right tools👍
Hello Rob. Thanks for the tips on my first Jeep. Is your top a Mopar or Bestop?

PG
Mine is Bestop👍
Bery good 👍 video and helpful...!!!

You bet!
Good you you were in a climate control garage instead of a down pour.
Absolutely! Not climate controlled though! But out of the elements 👍
Rob how can I send you some pictures. I took a couple of the door seal protectors?
You can email me: robmotive@gmail.com👍
So anyone can steal our spare?
With the right tools🤔
What the heck is all the background noise?
All I hear is a fan. A must in south Texas in August!!
@@robmotiveplus I can relate, I'm in Tucson (110 today).
