She went on to have two more kids.. once she passed away my other sister who was unable to have kids adopted them.. my sister passed in January.. in March we found out my dad (best friend) had lung cancer. Two months after that he also passed away.. my mom and I couldn’t stay where we was at so we packed everything in two days and moved back home to Oklahoma from Louisiana. I got married just before he passed. Hoping he could walk me down the isle we rushed the wedding.. that day he was too sick to even get out of bed.. next day he went into the hospital and never came out. 4 months later.. I moved again to Boston. My life completely flipped.. This song is like an anthem to my life. A rollercoaster.. of ups and downs.. but still pressing on and hoping for a better tomorrow.

This song gives me huge nostalgia. I'm thinking about friends from the past that there is a high chance I will never see again. Times when I was younger. Walking my dog with my mum and brother. Long car rides with my dad. I feel like I'm slipping down an infinite slope of memories. And I just think where my life is now. I'm misunderstood, well far from my true friends who I unfortunately had to move away from. I'm hated at my new school. Nobody likes me because of my issues, but I used to be welcomed. Respected. And this song brings that all back.

This is the bittersweet end. The motivation to keep going forward. My sister passed away from accidental drug overdose.. 16 years before that her 4 year old son was killed.. she was never the same. She went on to have two more kids.. once she passed away my other sister who was unable to have kids adopted them.. my sister passed in January.. in March we found out my dad (best friend) had lung cancer. Two months after that he also passed away.. my mom and I couldn’t stay where we was at so we packed everything in two days and moved back home to Oklahoma from Louisiana. I got married just before he passed. Hoping he could walk me down the isle we rushed the wedding.. that day he was too sick to even get out of bed.. next day he went into the hospital and never came out. 4 months later.. I moved again to Boston. My life completely flipped.. This song is like an anthem to my life. A rollercoaster.. of ups and downs.. but still pressing on and hoping for a better tomorrow.
