If List Perfectly can write software that smart... why can't eBay? Make it a benefit of paid store subscriptions! Imagine the boost to eBay's business. 69/mo is a chunk of change for anyone who's not a huge seller. I keep a limit on my paid subscriptions cuz they can add up quickly. But it is SO tempting cuz I'm a notoriously slow Lister.
I don't know why but there are lots of other benefits and time is money! If you can list more it will pay for itself
@Catmaster3001 and if it's a good ai you won't know that. That's your decision i see it works well and if i don't use that i do no descriptions.

@Catmaster3001 I think a lot of people not necessarily you are worried of ai and to me it is simply a change like payment method example i gave. I just don't understand if there is technology that is efficient and can save us time in our business why we wouldn't use it. I mean we still have to verify info it is pulling from our pictures but the time saved is immense and for me having more time with my family is priceless so I'm just not understanding why people think this is such a awful thing. I quit using LP this year bc I was messing up my links so badly by relisting and had so many problems with items not being deleted. This link button is a huge game changer!! Thx
Yes, I wish I knew about it before! Just a note if you change the title when you sell similiar you'll just have to erase the whole title that comes up in link and just put a couple words to find it when you click link it pulls up the whole title but it's easy to delete all but a couple words syou kept in the title

This is amazing!! I have only use LP as a cross listing tool so I've been creating, taking my pics in eBay and then crosslisting to Mercari & Poshmark. I'll have to upgrade my subscription and sure will give this a try!! Thanks for explaining it. You are always such a positive person which I really appreciate! I quit watching one resller because she is always making rude comments about how other resellers do their business and I don't watch these video to hear that. I watch to learn!!!!

Thanks for making this one. I’m in the same situation as you with my catalog. Working through correcting it slowly. Can’t wait to use auto delist. I know I need to try listing on lp not eBay but I just can’t get past my preference for using my phone for the pictures.

Thank you so much for telling us about this! I went ahead and paid for it, but I am really confused about one thing. I only sell on eBay so far. So, I start my listing in LP, save it as a draft, then link it to eBay. Then I open it in eBay, make a few tweaks, and then list it. Great! However, this leaves it still as a DRAFT in LP. The only way I can figure out to get it BACK into LP is to then delete the draft in LP after I list it on eBay, then go to eBay and link it BACK to LP. Is there an easier way? Otherwise, it will only ever show up as a draft in LP, and not an actual LIVE LISTING. I feel like I am missing something???
So once they're in the drafts if you click bulk edit in the top right you can uncheck the draft box and they'll go into regular listings and just make sure to save (i do 10 at a time to ebay then bulk edit uncheck drafts and save)
There's a way for them to not be saved as draft if i see it I'll let you know but this is the way i do it

Thanks! How do we know that the titles it creates has words in correct order for optimal selling. I listened to a workshop on how to write ebay titles and I'm wondering if AI gives you an optimized title and word order, etc.
You can rearrange the words after it creates to your liking i recommend this. I add and subtract words according to my own keyword preferences

I think it's different each time but i really don't think that will matter as previously we used sell similar and kept titles very close to same anyways

Also, I've learned that if I edit the title when I've ended and selling similar, the Link isn't available until I've deleted all but a couple original words that LP will recognize from the old title, then the Link appears. I love the New Express Assisted Listing with AI!!! Definitely a game changer!

If the chrome book allows extensions yes. When i was still working as a nurse i bought a cheap chrome book to take to work to cross post on my lunch time
I was going to pay a listing group add a $1.20 an item, something made me hold off literally yesterday and your video popped up this morning and I have such a huge inherited death pile lol, you have now giving me a way to consider listing on multiple platforms period and once I get going with it show me these things I might not have spent the time to list but might be 5:10 $15 each and these clothing items could potentially be worth listing. Thank you again so I want to look at that portion of it where sizely measurements I wonder if that's how it measured that one tell you listed. When I do this I'll use your link thanks again
I use smart sizer on iphone to do mine, this one will measure some but not as many measurements as the app does so we're still using that.

One thing you need to check, when you change the title, it can no longer link it to the original.
So you need to update the title in Lp and the other two. I think you made a sort of mess there if your item was cross listed on posh and mercari and you made a new listing for ebay in your catalog. If you sell it on ebay, it wont remove it on the other two because the titles dont match and its two separate listings. Hope that makes sense
Ohhhhh yes if you update the title before linking yes! OK maybe no more updating titles lol I'm just starting to straighten this mess out
So I tried to try it and have a question. How did you get your pics in there on the computer? Do you transfer them from your phone to your computer first?
I use the phone app to start a new listing, upload my pics, then use my computer to do the rest. But you can't get to the express lister on already started listings.
When you Start out with express lister (on the computer) it only let's you upload pics from the computer.
You didn't show on your video where the pics came from. Hope that's not a stupid question. Do I have to transfer all my pics from phone to computer first to use my laptop? (I prefer doing the actual listing on the computer. THANKS!
@roseh228 so you can take pictures on the phone in express lister to get it into draft and it will fill it out then you finish on computer to remove background double check and post. I just plugged my phone into the computer to pull the pics for the examples that i did all on the computer

So the feature of taking pics directly I to a listing has never worked for me. I don't even have that option. I contacted LP some time ago about this and they know it's a glitch for some with android phones.
But I think I've figured things out this morning.
So get this...I've found a to me peculiar vintage piece I could not figure out what it was. Google lense brought up the design as a brooch or earrings but not this particular piece. I had to go to a fb group to figure out it's use.
Just put those pics into express lister to see what it would do with it and wow, not only did it come back with the correct use, it's a vintage tie clip, the write up was spot on! I'm convinced.

@roseh228 yes my friend told me she did what she thought was a shirt yesterday and it pulled it as a pajama top she looked at tag and sure enough it was sleepwear! So crazy

one other question zi saw you tested the LP listing tool on a ingle item but what happens when you list a lot of something in a lot for exaample if I bundle 10 disney blu ray dvds together how would the listing tool know its a bundle listing would it add all dvds up in the picture and figure out if there is more in the picture its a bundle let me know

The amount of listings you can get done for 69.99 should make you hundreds or thousands more a month. It will pay for itself very fast. When you can create 20 listings in a hour. I think even the 69.99 is affordable vendoo package to do what it does is 149.99. Try the 5 day trial and use it if you have good stuff you'll pay for it in a day

I imported all my eBay listings using another tutorial on eBay and went through the process of adding a listing to eBay through LP like you did but under the tabs it still shows it as a draft and it’s not under the active tab. It is live on eBay so I’m not understanding why it isn’t saying active on LP.
You just have to click bulk edit and uncheck the draft box :-)
It seems great to decrease workload but does it make everyone's listing who uses it the exact same wording or description or does it create a unique listing for each individual who has a subscription.
It's different every time, I don't think instance of having the exact same item happens very often llike my towel noone has any listed so chance that someone is going to have the same one is probably 0, but you also choose the tone of your listing funny, professional, concise etc so that would make it different as well

Does list perfectly give tax or income statements for doing taxes?
They do not that I'm aware of. For keeping track I recommend myresellergenie it is very affordable and it does bookkeeping for you and automatically pulls in from ebay and poshmark. I have a code THENURSEFLIPPER you can get a discount off your first month if you want to try it

I'm not anywhere near the level that requires LP (right now, I'm basically an online garage sale for my own stuff that needs to go) but honestly, it's super tempting, as you are right, time is money. To see LP recognize an item, then come up with a title & measurements. WOW! Godsmacked!

I don't get enough sales to afford 70.00/month, but I am intrigued. I am not sure someone like me who lists things that need specifics for condition, like toys with scuffs, plush with wash wear, clothes line dried so may need steaming...To me, all of that is more important than the "fluffy" AI descriptions. Now, if they can get that kind of stuff, it might be worth it, but otherwise I'd still need to type in those descriptions. Does it do anything like that?
If you take pictures of flaws then it might pick it up. I like there's because it's not fluffy it posts facts it pulls from your pictures and makes a basic title and description and fills in specifics if there are defects you would simply add that in. It would still save hours by creating title and filling in specifics.

This is a game changer. Listing is a dread for me. I have been ill but on the road to recovery. Being incapacitated at home, I've been watching tons of reselling videos. I hope to start listing in July or August. Do you recommend LP for a new seller to sell on multiple platforms? If so, I will use your code. Thanks so much for all of your help.
I would recommend for creating listings to save time and i would just concentrate on establishing one platform first the nice thing is once you're ready they're all there to cross post to the others. I think the value is there for the listing creator as well as security of having backup of all listings should anything happen

I think the way is set up on etsy it's not possible as of now. I know etsy takes forever to do compared to the others for sure
@@TheNurseFlipper Well I must say, I just tried it out today and usually I have a headache or feel agitated at how much time it takes to research and do descriptions but I feel rather stress free. There could definitely be improvements like allowing videos but so far I like it. If it cuts my listing time in half it'll be well worth the money.
@AbigailsArtfulAbode yeah i think always room for improvements but it's a time saver. Make sure to submit suggestions so they know what you want to see added (personally i don't use videos)

Ok so I have been using the *cough* competitor for a while now but after this video am seriously debating a swtich. I have a couple questions if anyone could help?
1. I'm an everything seller and have been doing a huge batch of clothing, does the listing assistant size clothes?? I write in ALL my measurements. I would still be tempted because of all of the non-clothing items, but curious about the clothing.
2. Is there a good reference video for switching from the competitor software to list perfectly? How I import items to list perfectly that are already cross posted?
Any other advice? Has anyone else been through this process? Feeling slightly intimidated with the process just because I don't want to mess anything up.

I am still using smart sizer to measure my clothing but if you showed tape measurements or wrote it on a white board and took a pic it would read that and put it in description then you could delete that photo. I don't know of any videos on switching I'm thinking you would have to start from scratch copy from one of the platforms into list perfectly and then you can click the link button like I showed on the other platforms so that auto delist would work.

Great video Kat - very informative as usual! I was wondering if you know about how the custom SKU transfers over? I number my inventory by what bag its in so say SKU Bag 8 but I've never noticed a SKU spot on Mercari (although I list there very infrequently) so I always just added Bag 8 to my item description so when I went to ship I could find it. Hope that makes sense or would I just look off the "main" listing and see my SKU there?
I just look on my ended on ebay for the sku to pull mercari. I don't think they have a sku but poshmark does and it will copy over

What if I want on Mercari something for 20.00 and the same item on Ebay but for 24.99? Does that make sense? Question I use multible laptops. One in the photo room. One in the basment storage. One in the gargae storage, One in the Barn storage. This lets me put stuff away, refresh, and enter the location by walking a few feet. Does this work on multible devices for $70?

You can do the listings on your phone you go to web browser and type in listperfectly.com and it looks just the same click the rocket ship. To edit the background for removal and cross post you have to be on PC . We use the phone for all pictures and create listings on the phone and then edit background and cross post on PC :-) You also can plug your phone into computer with charger cord and upload that way

I've downloaded pictures that way, but it ends up downloading ALL the photos on my phone (garden, family, trips, etc.) everything I want to download the latest listing photos.
There must be a way to just download by date or something?

Two questions regarding List Perfectly: a) will it work with MULTIPLE eBay Stores?? and b) does it allow you to CREATE the listings ON COMPUTER WITHOUT ISSUE now??
Yes you can sign into multiple eBay stores I used it for both of mine when I had two and all that I showed on this video was created on the computer with no issues at all :-)

FYI the shaker sold comp you quoted on the eBay screen of 22.90 isn’t what the item sold for, the slashed price indicated it was an offer. You’d have to go into terrapeak to get the actual sold price for that particular item.

This is such an awesome resource that I had no idea existed I do have one question though. When you create listings in list perfectly and use them to post products in eBay or mercari what happens if you stop subscribing to the list perfectly service? Are you still able to keep the same listings and information in eBay and revise them as needed right on the eBay platform or do you lose the ability to make changes and sell those particular products that you created listings for through the list perfectly application?
Yes they will stay on all the platforms you put them on if you end your subscription :)
I’m very new to reselling and have researched for over a year before I started listing and found that I have a long way to go to get fast at listing but I know it takes practice and time but, had anyone who has been doing this and is a pro timed how many listings they can produce in an hour? I believe this information would definitely help me bite the bullet sooner than later. Thanks
Average for newer is about 8-12 a hour, but as experienced I can do 20-30

They do not, but you would have to manually go end on other platforms if it sells on one where they automatically end them for you

List Perfectly’s website states you also need Sizely for List Perfectly to do measurements. Is that still true with the new measurement feature?
Sizely is integrated in we don't have sizely. It doesn't measure everything we are still using smart sizer to do our clothing
I tried LP a a couple of years ago but it was such a mess & horrible experience that I cancelled. As I sit here with a giant money pile due to ignoring my business while my new puppy chills out, this is tempting!

You have to copy your listings into list perfectly

I got this today my only complaint is only 1k listings. Anyone know if we can get that limit raised? I need to learn how to use alll of this somehow I already used up 90 of 1,000 in day one.
