I'm not defending anyone, but i think i can kinda understand why that happens, since the person in the video is someone still considered pretty trying to tell people to not feel ugly, so to people with low self esteem who can't fit in the standards and suffer with it, it might end up coming across as someone bragging or not knowing what they're talking about, most of these people with low self esteem are also probably struggling with mental health issues so they end up either discounting their agony on her or not doing well at the moment and talking impulsively

everyone let's just take a step back and look at the bigger picture. it is very possible that she struggles with insecurities herself, being as how she is human. some of mine include my skin color, weight, face shape, body shape, acne, and my big nose. my sister seems to have it all to me; she has an even skin tone with zero acne, perfect nose, hourglass body with good proportions, etc. and somehow she wants whatever she sees in me. we all want what we don't have, and thats just how insecurities work. lets normalize loving ourselves just the way we were created, and lifting up people around us. let's be our own beauty standard, and be the best versions of ourselves that we can be. the truth is that beauty is far more than our appearance, and it actually stems from the fruit we produce. you guy's are perfect, don't let anyone try to tell you otherwise. you are worth far more than you realize, you are to die for. #JLY #HWLF
