Very interesting information , but there is one more thing that need to be addressed , hire an immigration lawyer that do deportations proceedings , even if you came in without status or over stay your visa , you need to go through immigration court , there is what they call the cancellation of deportation on 3 year bar and 10 year bar and there is also the defensive asylum and withhold of removal . The former can help with the overstay and the latter can help without any status .

Heeey... I was an illegal immigrant back in the 90's... worked with a MADE UP Social Security number (not a real one stolen from someone)... I had Retirement and Medicare deductions from my PayChecks... then, I was out of the country for 19 years... Now, I just got back to the US, legally, with a Real Social Security number... I'm 43 years old with no Retirement or Medicare contributions history on my New Real Social Security Number... Is there any way, I could show Social Security Office that I made this mistake back then, and use those contributions towards my New Social Security number? Since my Former Employer and I did pay those amounts?

You forgot to mention one situation in this video. If someone’s comes here legally and then overstay his visa,that person could still be sponsored by an employer. The problem is that you would have to go back to your country of origin,and then start the whole process from there. The real problem about it is that the timeline for the immigration profession for these cases can take from 2 to 3 years.

Do they background check you if you go back to your country and you employer applies for another visa for you? Like if you worked with them and then overstayed while still working for them. Do immigration services check your history of where you've worked while overstayed? I mean one can totally just lie to them about overstaying. As long you don't take a plane and cross the us mexico border they won't know when exactly you left. So again my question is, would they know you overstayed once your going to get the over visa your employer reapplied for you?
I know you already mentioned that only if he marry to a US citizen. What if he get sponsored by his siblings?

Bottom line...if you overstay your visa, or PWI, you might as well bite the bullet and get married. I just hope, 5 years later, you don't find out she's not a US citizen too!
