One of the biggest challenges with the township economy are the municipal regulations which are double standard and are in the same level with the urban areas. Regulations such as Rezoning of the property, leasing or purchasing or the land, etc.
It is almost impossible to meet the requirements of Rezoning your property in the township, because you will be required to have parking space for patrons and other requirements. Now the question is how will you have a parking space for patrons if the RDP houses don’t have enough yard to even park your own cars? If one decide to apply to lease or purchase a viable land for his/her business idea, they will be disqualified because the land is for potential big businesses.
So my please is that the regulations be lightened up and not be as pedantic in township just so that it can be possible for especially young upcoming entrepreneurs to be able to build successful businesses from humble beginnings
