@Bigbang Biker Can you tell me how good are the lights on the FZ25, not
in comparison to the Dominar, but lets say compared to the Pulsar RS200.
Its a 250cc single. All singles vibrate.But this has a counter balancer which minimizes the vibes. As he said, its just a buzz. I own 1 for 100 kms. Its a gem to ride, spacious front seat and pulls crazy!!
@Ratnadeep Gaikwad - The light is sufficient for city use. On really dark roads, you can travel at 60-70kmph safely. Its not as bad as made out by some reviewers. Also check for yourself.
Bigbang Biker how's the highway and high-speed(say like 100-120kmph) stability of fz25 wast it planted or moving around?
Bigbang Biker I am 6'1" tall...which bike between rtr 200 vs fz25 is more suitable for comfort ride with upright seating? I will drive more in city.

I want to know about LED headlamp at night time... about beam,,,, focus... spreading the light on roads at night time... I saw some videos some people saying this LED headlamp is very bad... I am just confusing.. because headlamp is very essential for night time riding.. please ASAP reply to me.. because i am planning to buy this bike..????
I was strongly considering this.. But bought RS.. Reason being-
1. The headlamp on Fz sucks.. Big time.. You will feel as if its just a Led torch
2. The speedometer although provides decent info is very small. even smaller than fz16
3. The illumination of speedometer is dull..
4. 5 gears makes it little stressed to cruise on highways
5. No Abs..
In RS, the projector lamps literally illuminates the entire road.
Although its marginally slow than fz from 0-100kmph, it compensates with the wide powerband & a higher top speed courtesy-6th gear.
Plus u get an ABS..
The only thing i miss is the fit & finish that probably only Yamaha can provide

Woooo...Great.. Awesome....Mind Blowing Looks...... What can i say more about this Bike.. It's a really Great and simple to say it's a bike i am waiting for after Yahama RX, Bajaj Pulsar 1st version and Yamaha FZ series Long back they ruled the roads in India..It's a Really Awesome Bike around 200 -300 cc that i ever seen recently. It's muscular look i.e of mainly petrol tank, it's one of few bikes in India came out with full LED headlamps.Its Exhaust note really sounds good,seat position and for normal & decent height of guy like me around 5 8'',it's a perfect to ride in cities.Only few bike came before to fulfill needs in city conditions or only concentrated for racing purpose,But now Yamaha Came out a really a great, Awesome bike for metro cities like Bangalore where Traffic is so hectic and also for occasional long drives at weekends too.. It's a perfect bike for working professionals,students who are traveling 30-60 kms updown travel in a day. As this bike gives more power,control,performance to cruise in traffic, less weight to coo-up with and mainly the "MILEAGE" and "PRICE factor of this bike wins as compared to all bikes around btw 200-300cc. As such compared to any KTM'S,BAJAJ,TVS,HONDA etc .....

Hi dude... I should say a good and comprehensive review on the fz25. Well I couldn't agree more when you were talking about the vibration and handling of the bike. I currently own fzs16. It's been almost 4 years riding the bike and I'm completely happy with it. Now I'm looking to upgrade my bike and having the fz25 as one of the option.
I'm fine with the performance part of the bike, but my concern is with LED headlamp. What are your thoughts about and is it a deal breaker while considering an upgrade?
Awesome Acceleration with comfortable riding position. The bike is not nervous braking from 120 Kmph to 40 kmph. Thanks to Yamaha for trying a different approach

I think I would still go for dominar as It felt very powerful and practical during my test ride. As you rightly pointed out, since it's a light motorcycle, it might feel out of balance on a windy day on highways whereas dominar would be more stable. They say, there's no replacement for displacement! What do you think BBB?

Bike is good for regular and long drive also. This bike is not suitable for stunt. Ground distance is short on big size speed breaker bike bump hard. And as per cost low bike parts are easily catch rust Otherwise bike is awesome and about average 30km/L in Local and around 37km/L on express (@soft driving below 80km/hr.)

My use - daily commuting to office, weekend rides on highways and the thing I'm concerned the most about is braking of the bike as safety is the thing I'm worried for the reason that this will be my first bike. Did a lot of research and brain storming. Finally need your opinion. NS200 with ABS or FZ25?

I am yet to do a test drive but my question is whether liquid cool matters which this bike lags. Also in what conditions abs would be helpful which again this bike doesn't have.
According to me I feel Indian roads are dusty most of the time so I feel abs would be helpful in conditions like dust, rain. Can I consider tvs rtr 200?

If you're a speedo then yes , if you like simple and smooth cruising then no ✌
Makes no sense to have 6th in city.

I'm the 1st bike holder in Andhra Pradesh a month back.The night ride with this bike on highway in not tat good. Headlamp troubles a lot with less focus.But it city it can make turn everyones head.

How is the comfort of pillion compared to Gixxer
Bro, I am confused between hornet,fz , fz25 and Apache 160 r 4v. I am 5.3 height and I had fz 2009 and i loved it, but because of lot of issues it started giving I sold it. I am looking for bike which is good for my height and give some good mileage and comfortable foe pillion. Hornet sutes my need, but being a fz(my first and only bike) hornet looked very refined and not that power fz had. Please need ur help in finalizing. Very confused:(
