I was on this trail trying to do my birthday miles 2 weeks ago and crashed at 4:33, I rode in the opposite direction of the video, there was a car coming in the opposite direction and I took a tumble in the rough on the right side of the road. I continued straight didn't see the path that you took. I then had issues with my tubeless setup, I started out under inflated and had issues afterwards. I ended up only doing 35 miles and getting on metro at West Hyattsville to Shady Grove. Still little sore, nothing broken or dislocated.
Also unless you have a mountain bike or a hybrid bike with the necessary wheels, I would suggest you stay on the gravel/painted lines path rather than take the detour at 4:21 on that more rocky, dirt path.

Nice ride. Know N Va rides. This is new to me. How many miles? What would be the nearest Metro Station to your starting point?
The closest metro to the starting point of this video would be West Hyattsville I believe.
