I have this! I LOVE it! One of the best micros i have. it has power and torque. I put better tires on mine and it runs smooth over rough pavement, grass, dirt, anything. and it DOES need the rollbars. trick is u need to use zipties to keep them together so they dont spread. it also has great range and time. one of the longest lasting of the micros. the hard body is also great but i swaped it with my q32.
I know you have the big light up heli pad but you can use the the charger for landing the micro quads or what ever you call the smallest of the quadcopters!! It looks like a heli pad when I saw it I was like "why did it come with a landing pad?" Haha
are u reviewing wltoys A202/A212/A222 series 1/24 rc buggy? What really interests me is that it has all metal chasis, linkages and uses 2s lipo and receiver plugged in seperately. really looks hobby grade..
there seems to have lots of variants. buggy, monster truck, shortcourse, drifter, rally.. A202, A212 A222, A232 A242 A252. All seems to have same electronics though
Ashish Amatya Oh man, I love that drifter! Kinda looks like my car, and I've wanted to review a drifter for a long time now. I just don't really have a good surface to run a drifter on. I have my eye on that, and the monster truck (always love me some monster trucks! haha).
+That Guy With the Pointlessly Long Username That You Are Wasting Your Time Reading Right Now Not a bad idea. Too late though, as they went straight into the trash after filming this review. lol I don't think they would've worked that well in your layout either, though that would've probably worked better than how they suggested to install them.
You can probably do a better solution using a strip of plastic & some double sided tape & make a loop around the car. I do have a tomy gx buggy here. (Essentially the original design of these clones that flooded the market soon after.) lipo is a bit tired on it though but it runs for a few minutes still on lower speeds.
+Michelangelo Dattoma I use a 4K Sony Handycam and some sort of bluetooth Sony mic for my table top videos. And I use a Mobius Action Cam for my flight/run videos.
super fast little thing. what is the frequency the transmitter runs on. I have one similar and it wont go over 15ft away. It run on 27mghz. still should be much more than 15ft.
Ryan I bought one of these online and after the 4th or 5th charge the back wheels won't move. The throttle doesn't work but the steering still works. I don't know what I did wrong or how to fix it.
Hard to say... could be a dead motor, or maybe a broken gear. Can you hear the motor attempting to spin at all? If not, then it may be dead. It is does spin, but the wheels don't move, then it's probably a gear.
+Matt Taylor And YT makes it so hard to report... I have to report every single video, and also link to my video that was stolen. I can't simply report the entire channel. And even after a channel like that steals dozens of my videos, they will not ban that user from using YT. It's insane.
Matteo Frezza It hasn't broken. That is not really a measurable thing though. It all has to do with how much you crash it, if you take care of it, etc, etc.
+ForgetYourself There is no way to answer that question, as "best" is relative to what sort of features you want. I also don't follow prices closely enough to use that as a metric to pick a suggestion by.
I have an issue where when I let off the throttle, then hit it again it doesn't always pick up the signal, so I have to keep toggling it til it does, which is very annoying. This is not a distance related problem. Is this common with cheap rc cars? Could anyone recommend a similar sized car/truck that does NOT do this? Preferably for under $50 bucks?
Sigh :( For $14.00 it's not worth sending back on the slow boat to China. I saw the WLToys a999 on sale. That truck has proportional steering and pretty large tires for its size. Maybe I'll give that a try and give this thing to someone else. It's too bad, the Feilun is fast as hell but I don't have the patience to deal with a crap controller. Update - I didn't think(this still works if you stop here) about the charge being a tad low. After about 14 min the charge done light came on and I had 0 issues today. Of course this is AFTER I ordered the a999(on sale for $20 bucks, not a bad deal), lol. The a999 has proportional steering and is a bit bigger at 1/24 scale, so I don't regret buying it. Starting to run low on space at my apartment and office though... I think I finally figured out the issue. The battery does NOT seem to hold a charge well. So it's fine if you run it after charging, but if you run it about about 4 or more hours then you get the unreliable throttle issue. Probably a cheap fix to replace the battery, I may try that.
Hey could anyone recommend a good quality small rc car perhaps smaller than this one that is slow and has good handling (for racing on a complex track) thanks.
I think that's a tough one. I believe the wltoys L939 is about the same size, has proportional steering, and you can dial down the power to it. I don't think they come much smaller outside of the coke can cars which are matchbox size and non proportional for both steering and throttle. While not super precise the New Bright Monster trucks are 1/43 scale(which considering how huge the real ones are isn't actually much if any smaller than the 1/32 Feilun), the grave digger model I have handles carpet np, and from a video I just saw looks to handle dirt pretty decently as well, so your track options would be pretty open. It's also slower than the Feilun, but still non proportional. I think Walmart may still have those for around $10 bucks. Probably your best bet is the L939 if you need precise steering in a small truck.
+The QueensConquerer I dunno, I think it looks pretty decent for what it is. Pretty standard toy-grade buggy design. Not like they're going for scale details or anything like that. hahaha
back to the nostalgia times when I was young kid used to watch this man plenty of times
Feilun packs a lotta fun into a $20 RC.
A good one for the young nephews.
Thumb's up!
I love that green car , it's so cool , great video Ryan
Some how I got here from Alvin and the chipmunks music video.. But who's complaining... Lol great review
Bro I can't say it enough, YOU ROCK!
+Indoor Quadcopters Thanks! :D
Finally a ground video

Thumbs up man great vid
+4thGloryMonday Thanks! :D
ecx kickflip/beatbox clone! Love the video
+Maine Rc its much much better than the ecx kickflip(s)! cant speak for the bb tho.
nice, I seen a vid of these with 2 anti roll bars on top of the rc
That has to be like 200 scale mph! Nice review :) I bet the people pulling in were like, who is that bum? Lol ;)
+The RCAddict Hahaha yeah "Look at this grown man playing with toys." :)~
Flyin' Ryan RC "Kids, don't look at the scary man with a camera!" lol
You should buy the crazer
I had a smaller red one I used to make cardboard ramps I miss it
Sweet!
Cool review!
+Frequent Flyer RC Thanks bud!

+the wolf pack LOL, very true... I have thought the same thing! :)
thanks so much for the info

Hadn't heard of them, but your description has me interested! I'll go look 'em up right now. :)

Ashish Amatya Hah, and they are actually cheaper from US Direct. Nice!
Hey Ryan, try to install the roll bars in an "X" pattern so they're braced against each other and hopefully won't split
+That Guy With the Pointlessly Long Username That You Are Wasting Your Time Reading Right Now Not a bad idea. Cool
Just got my dji pe advanced you should do a review on the series
I know this is an old video but please answer this, is the car loud because I want it as my other rc car is extremely loud
Hi Ryan what type of camera and mic are you using for your videos?
+Michelangelo Dattoma I use a 4K Sony Handycam and some sort of bluetooth Sony mic for my table top videos. And I use a Mobius Action Cam for my flight/run videos.
super fast little thing. what is the frequency the transmitter runs on. I have one similar and it wont go over 15ft away. It run on 27mghz. still should be much more than 15ft.
+Quad flying Mav It's 2.4ghz :)
with the roll cage try a crossing the wires across one another
How many mph? Good video :)
+aidan cowie Hard to say. I don't have any way of measuring the actual MPH.
i am buy it now
What do you do after your finished with the toy
Ryan I bought one of these online and after the 4th or 5th charge the back wheels won't move. The throttle doesn't work but the steering still works. I don't know what I did wrong or how to fix it.

The Micro rc Buggy. Has 2 divrent Style too Charge not Bad.
so basically is this better than the hyperactives ?
It's pretty similar.
Ryan How Much Is Your Dollar There?
I have the smallest one in the world it’s formed in a orb u can charge for 30 sec then use for like 10 min and also it’s like the size of a kid finger
i love you
+Anom Anome Aww shucks, thanks! :D
+ReneeNme Thanks for the heads up! I will begin reporting them right now.

Flyin' Ryan RC Not a problem. I'm a fan of your channel and it bugged me to see you getting ripped off like that.
flyn ryan do you know how much your cheerson cx 10 c lasted you
+Matteo Frezza What do you mean? Like how long is the flight time? I don't recall... you would need to refer to my review for that info.
how long it lasted you before it broke
Matteo Frezza It hasn't broken. That is not really a measurable thing though. It all has to do with how much you crash it, if you take care of it, etc, etc.
Battery will eventually wear out, but those are incredibly cheap and there are diy replacement instructions all over youtube.
is the shop good for Mini rcs?
+Mugnei V. Duvvi Yeah, I've ordered numerous RCs from Banggood. :)
What is the best Offroad RC Car For 150$ In your Oppinion
+ForgetYourself There is no way to answer that question, as "best" is relative to what sort of features you want. I also don't follow prices closely enough to use that as a metric to pick a suggestion by.
ECX makes some good vehicles for around $150.00 but like the answer above, it's more just my opinion.
Can u get this in stres in Canada??

This is not a distance related problem. Is this common with cheap rc cars? Could anyone recommend a similar sized car/truck that does NOT do this? Preferably for under $50 bucks?
I did not have any such issues with mine. I think you might have a defective controller.
Sigh :( For $14.00 it's not worth sending back on the slow boat to China.

Thank you for the reply. It's very helpful!
Is it fore wile drive
No, two wheel drive.
Can you remember who comments?
+aidan cowie Sort of, sometimes. Though it's getting harder and harder these days as I get more and more commenters.
You sound like joe from family guy
LOL no one's ever told me that before.

Flyin' Ryan RC can this hold a GoPro 5 session
What the h++l is family guy

No. Purchase link can be found in the video description.
You should do giveaways 😫
+Rony Recinos I don't do giveaways for numerous reasons.
oh ok just hear you said it doesn't work for you lol I skip the important part of the vid
neat rc, but that transmitter isn't the best.
+stefan barr Yeah, but it does the job. :) Don't need something too fancy for a little car like this. :)
Easier to carry to, I'm not a fan of huge radios.
how fast can it go
I think I showed how fast it goes pretty well in my run video.
I saw on Amazon it goes 30mph but I don't believe that
Where can I find this in the UK?
Can you not buy it from the store I linked to in the video description?
+Flyin' Ryan RC I can't. I am from the United Kingdom
I am pretty sure they ship there.
+Flyin' Ryan RC It is a USA site tho
I know you can't give me this car
But,I hope you can give me this car...
Where do you live...?
What mean RTR
RTR stands for "Ready to run"
That thing looks so fake and tachy, weird transmitter. But I'm surprised how well it drives.
+The QueensConquerer I dunno, I think it looks pretty decent for what it is. Pretty standard toy-grade buggy design. Not like they're going for scale details or anything like that. hahaha
Rocket league in real life anyone?
