That is exactly how the Pizzeria in Brooklyn that I told you about makes theirs. Please check it out. Slices of cheese go on first then crushed imported San Marzano tomatoes. If I close my eyes I can smell it 😢😋. I miss that Pizza more than my friends. There is a chain store of pizzeria's in the USA called Pizza Hut the fry bake the Pizza in a long oven feed it in on one side it rides a belt through the oven and comes out the other end. Yes, you can use your favourite cooking oil. Every flour could abosrbs more or less water, if you change the flour type conisder you may need to change a bit the liquid amount to get the dough's consistency you can see in my video. Happy cooking 😘

You can add your favourite ingredients and seasoning on top of your pizza, pepperoni too. I'm not used to pepperoni because I'm Italian, but it's like a hard sausage, usually it doesn't melt.

Especially since it says to heat the pan for 4 minutes, that it will take about 5 minutes to cook just one side of the dough and melting the cheese will take about 4 minutes. I suspect they must be using a Time Machine to go back in time that has a minimum resolution of 1 minute. 🤔
