It’s divine dude I literally made ham, mozzarella, basil and mushroom and then a second one pepperoni, garlic, Mozarella, olives and red peppers. Absolutely delish and better than most chains like Pizza Hut or Dominos
I made this. The pizza base came out perfect! I would add a bit of oregano and chilli flakes and maybe some more Italian seasoning like basil into the tomatoes.
June 5th 2023. This is the second time in 2 months that I’ve tried this recipe. Love it. I added a little garlic, basil and Italian seasoning. Greetings from Curaçao 🇨🇼😀✌🏽
AWESOME, a BREAD of this type is called "podpłomyk" in Poland, super quick and delicious. Watching this makes my hungry although I just had some lovely fish pie today already. I used to do that kind of pizza a lot. I love this channel because although the cuisine you show is international it seems to me quintessentially British according to what's in the pots of most of the Brits nowadays. It brings back a lot of memories when I worked as a chef for a year in the UK. The italian influence in your cooking is strong and abvious to me due to your experience and trips. Keep up the good work. Cheers.
I am happy to have Mr Jamie Oliver (soon to be SIR Jamie Oliver) as Great Britain & Ireland's 'Uncle', and we have no need for other pretenders, thank you very much.
Sometimes when I’m having to be a nomad & don’t have a way to make hot pizza, I’m creating cold pizzas from simple ingredients I can find at the grocery store. If I really want to have my pizza night on the go (say if I’m traveling - driving) or having to use SNAP & only able to purchase cold on the go foods. It’s not the best but the last attempt, I did try with tomato pesto and pita bread. I topped it with cold meats - for me I did it with crab. With some red wine for the drink, and it was a simple, on the go pizza.
Will def try this " I pan wonder" asap. I love stone ground flour so with bp added and i use coconut oil for veg and LOTS of garlic, a winner for lazy me! Thankyou for inspiring this 75 yr old senior citizen, from Cape Town.
I've been making pita bread with a similar dough, and had considered making a pizza one day. This settles it. I'll have to give that a try. Thank you for these lovely down to earth ideas ❤
the last time i made pizza at home, i followed your 5 min pizza recipe with your kids and boy was that pizza quick yet delicious. i am so excited to now make this. pizza should always be quick yet delicous, its hard to wait for ages for pizza :P
@@fglend73 that isn’t asking for an approval - it’s an opinion. @@lisaletto7337 tbh that would be the only reason for me to prep this „student style“ pizza I don’t judge about it - but also as not an Italian I always go with a Neapolitan otherwise I would eat pasta if it should be an Italian dish 😅
Thank you, such a clever way to make pizza when you don't have an oven! I made it tonight. Great flavour, light and tasty base though too crispy, I guess I need to work on that, but overall very good for a first time,
My only quibble is the choice of pans used, and adding water to the toppings. IMO, this method is much more suited for a well seasoned, often used, cast iron pan. It brings out more flavor in the toppings, and more flavor for the crust. I also prefer to sprinkle parmesan on the dough prior to putting into the cast iron pan.
I really liked this episode because what if you don’t have an oven or it’s broken! Small living spaces? There’s just several situations a no bake, pan cooked pizza could come in handy! Very helpful!
naughty but nice pizza!...sounds like a good franchise or a restaurant joint to me. i got so many great recipes to try from you brother, i hope HE gives me time to go through every one of them. amaze on m.c. oliver...blessings, guidance and protection.
Not just naughty but nice... Naughty but VERY nice 😂😂 Oh how I love Jamie 😄 This looks so mouth wateringly good . I'll gladly try this out. Thanks for another superb video Jamie 🙂 👍🏽

Sounds good. Did the pepperoni end up crispy or a bit soggy ?

I'm a disabled Vet. This was quick and looks delish. I can't stand for longer than 15 minutes but I try this!

Wonderful comment to which I couldn't agree more 👍
Just made this, first time making a dough of any kind and the result was great. Super easy, quick and tasty.
I’ve been making this for ages. Works a treat and costs virtually nothing. Great cheat!

Used to do this years ago when living in China since few people have ovens. Perfectly acceptable way of cooking a pizza
I'm a fan of Jamie since he debuted. He is brilliant with all recipes he has created. ❤❤❤

Hi. Jamie. It would be nice if you put list of ingredients in the description box as well. Thanks.
I’m definitely making this for my mom. She’s from Belfast. She only likes thin crispy bottom pizza with the veggies soft. This is just perfect!!

I've made them twice and my family actually preferred them to the oven ones i usually do as they've got a crispy base and taste delicious.
This was such a great recipe! Looks so delicious too!

Just made it. Ate with with my son. Loved it. Cheers
Looks so yummy thanks Jammie for sharing this recipe with me
Jammie dodger. . . .
As an Italian, I think that looks really good and clever, I love it and I'm definitely gonna try it, maybe with some personal modifications.
As an American, we don't need your approval.

Bang on perfect love it's simplicity and creativity and yet it is versatile good one.
Instead of steaming the toppings under the lid, pop it under the broiler.
A tawa pizza is always welcome especially for in middle class indian kids like me growing up.

Looks awesome! Definitely will be trying this recipe! 🔥🔥
Thank you so much for sharing this recipe. I wanted a no bake pizza. I plan to try this soon.
Well done, brilliant, great idea!
To improve the base: try using beer instead of water to get that better yeasty bread flavour.
Imma try this pizza hack
Excellent suggestion
This is a brilliant base. I made it in our motorhome over the weekend. Was delicious. Will definitely use again.
Looks amazing will try it.. 😊
Awesome job, I'm trying this for my grandkids ❤️
Thank you Jamie for sharing this recipe.
Soooo good. I also added bacon, salami & olives & anchovies. The base is 10 outta 10.
amazing sharing 😍😍😋😋

Couldn't wait. I made the dough already ;-)

Love it! Added to saved videos! :-)
Genious 🙃😝
The way he smacked that dough at 1:27!! 😂😂😂😂 👋
This looks so good, and I'm a pizza fanatic so I definitely have to try it.
Any suggestions on how to mix up the dough without the marble table? Can we use a bowl or a baking tray?
Any flat surface like a chopping board or baking tray would be fine.
I made it in a bowl.
just made it and ate it. dough would be better if you use yeast. i also used green pepper for topping and it's amazing like that too.
Hi. Jamie. My son loved the pizza. Thanks for sharing. Too bad my daughter did not get to try it as she is out of town.
Do you have to slap it when the dough is done J?
@Vincenzoplate should review this!
Delich!!! I might put a little green pesto on mine.
cool but we ain't got no self raising flour around here, so how much yeast should I use?
You can make your own self-raising flour: just add 2,5 tsp of baking powder to the 250 grams of flour required in this recipe and you’re good to go.
So helpful because I don't own an oven. Nice.
What a great idea! I can tweak the toppings to suit my husband's no-cholesterol diet and still feel like I'm having a treat. Thank you, Chef Jamie!
Try just red pizza tomatoe and oregano like in IT
