Public Workgroup: Clean Cars 4 All Draft Allocation Formula 09/10/24

The California Air Resources Board (CARB) annually hosts public workgroups in line with the development of the Funding Plan. After a period of public comment and staff review, the final, Proposed Fiscal Year 2024-25 Funding Plan, will be published and presented before the Board November 21-22, 2024. At this meeting, CARB staff will be discussing the draft Clean Cars 4 All (CC4A) allocation formula which will determine how future allocations would be distributed through the five regional Air District programs, South Coast Air Quality Management District, San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District, Bay Area Air Quality Management District, Sacramento Metropolitan Air Quality Management District, and the San Diego Air Pollution Control District as well as the statewide CC4A program implemented through the Driving Clean Assistance Program which will roll the program out to cover the remaining 30 districts in the state.
