    Never ever been able to get my forehead to the bent knee. It hurt so much. With the grinding drill, I was able to finally do it. Amazing! Thanks! Btw. I'm 55.

    I've been training in martial arts from past 4 years and had stiff legs but by following your videos my flexibility has increased quite a lot

    I’m so stiff that I can’t even sit on my knees slightly apart with my back straight 😳 It hurts so bad, how can I start?

    Finally a routine I can follow along to and get my center splits to 180 deg , any more tips for exercises to stretch the center splits would be grateful

    @chloebruceacademy , would you be willing to make a longer, yin-version of this? Just so we don't have to pause the video when we need to hold a pose for longer, and you could decide how long we should hold each pose for, and let us know when to come out of it.
    I got a lot out of this already, and it was just my first time following it. Thanks, it was awesome!

    I miss doing martial arts exercise...I'm not good in skills ..I can follow some but when it comes to sparring session deymmm..hahaha...I only born to love sports but not to them for belts n titles n competition...just like how I know to sketch but I dont have passion to practice it and art like a real artist out there...often I got depressed on myself cos I dont really know what to do in my life or which really I want
    ..I'm 33 and the more I look back at my younger days,the more I regrets many years that just got wasted without gain much on the things I love ...hehe what am I saying?its not related to the video hahs..

    3 years of training yo get split ....all i get my hi9s and hamstring hurt and became more stiffer....i dunno what i did wrong.
