I’m Chloe Bruce, a 4th Dan Martial artist in Korean Tang Soo Do, a multiple World Champion & Stunt women from London, UK. Many years ago my TKD CI (female) was an Olympic champion and captain of the team, that was the level I was exposed to, then you came along and blasted the competition and have set that bar alot higher than most ever thought possible WOW!!!♡

Which tutorials of Chloe did you use? The youtube videos and/or her website? There are different types of body skills (as their are different types of non-body skills such as problem-solving for a specific machine). Flexibility is one type, and application of fighting theory is also another type. Chloe is more into flexibility so far from what I look into. Each person has a different level in each body skill type. When one is so impress by one skill type (looks good, awing, impressive), one tends to be fixated and overvalue it while discount/devalue other body skills (which have deep value and do not look obviously good until you deeply understand what exactly it is, such as that Wing Chun of yours). That said, flexibility has deep value as move so much easier in life, feel so much better in life, and martial arts so much easier to do. But it is one piece of the set. Value it in its rightful place in the set, not under or over.

Would you recommend stretching the tighter side for longer than the more flexible side?
Yes maybe... but not initially as it could make you sore. Maybe see how you feel after a few weeks then up it on the "tighter" side

After over one year of middle splits training I'm very close to achieve full middle splits and will now add front split training into the mix 😊
Hope I'll achieve both full splits at the end of 2020 🤞
Would you say front split is easier to achieve compared to middle splits?
Amazing weldone YOU! For me the front splits was a lot harder, but I am more flexible naturally box splits way. I have more open hips and tighter hamstrings and hip flexors. But it varies for everyone.
It's nice method to do a split thank you and It's very usefull, sure i will practice in my gym of taekwondo. My request is... how many times at week?
Hi David. Listen to your body. Maybe start off with twice a week and see how it feels. You could then progress to 3 times, and then every other day.
