There have been some unwanted people with my camera account, is there a way I can make all the devices log out from my phone’s setting or the camera’s system? How to log out of all the devices?

Hi having problems unbinding an old user. Is the admin password the same as I use to log into my cctv in the house ? Trying to unbind via the mobile app comes up operating failed .2060

If you want Try to unbind, make sure your device status on platform access already have online
Where do I contact someone to unbind my device?
I've been having trouble to unbind a client's device from an account unknown (the unbind option in the HiLook app doesn't show an email) and whenever we press unbind it says something like "exception error, relaunching app" or something like that

I've been facing a serious issue for 2 months . I scan QR code but it shows connect to the router. I had changed 1 router on 2nd. It may be a reason or something else?
I think your device is Old model, so need to send to service Center to unbind the device
