The first hour of the game was probably my favorite for actual story. It was interesting seeing all of the clone wars vehicles getting turned into imperial weapons

I really wish you could go back to Bracca in the story since I felt like the planet was kinda wasted in how much detail there was. I think it could’ve served as a populated city like area. Maybe it could’ve had a cantina, speeder store, market place and maybe some gang areas or something! Just really felt like the game really needed a city like area in the game instead of ruins and forests!

Change the layout configuration to easier buttons in the menu. Like X or triangle or whatever is force slow

It's a common "trick" in game development/programming to move the environment instead of the vehicle (like here the train) because you don't need to manage the physics of everything on the vehicle moving separately. Here you have only one object moving and everything is on the same reference frame.
It's most easily viewable in Garry's Mod train maps. The Source engine handles this type of movement really obviously (from a visual perspective).

I feel like they might have planned on letting you come back to the starting planet or maybe made the starting level a bit longer. Due too the slide we saw work and the ground that we can walk on out side of the playable zone

I didn't think that this game was going to be good when it was first revealed, but now it's one of my favorite games.
I think that the Bracca section was originally supposed to be longer, with more areas, and maybe even that sunset time that we see in the reveal trailer.

Btw, just because something is low poly in the distance doesn't mean it will be when you're up-close.
Many games use a LoD (Level of Detail) system, including Jedi: Fallen Order, which can greatly reduce the the amount of detail of objects in the distance. So it might be worth checking that Lucrehulk again.
That's very true! I'm not sure if it's LOD but I know of a type of coding where it unloads assets behind you and loads the ones in front of you (but collision is still there) as far as I know it's how they're able to make massive open worlds like Breath of The Wild

You might be able to find a program that will key log (register keystrokes without actual keyboard input). As long as it still works when the game is running, you could have it repeatedly freeze and pull, while you just aim Cal-2187 there. Might help with the carpal tunnel syndrome!
Also, that sliding ramp was probably just an object that had attributes attached to it (in this case, Cal slides when he touches it) that they could place anywhere, and in order to have some cool decor in the background of Bracca, added it in the spot you found it.

I think it’s cool they used such detailed assets for the background in this game. Also, it was awesome to see scale hits better perspective.

Why does ur flying glitch work mine says he doesn't lock onto something and doesn't work and I have the double jump too
It actually makes more sense to make the terrain move (instead of the train), because it makes it safer for the player to jump. So you don't have to add more physics calculations just because some players like to bounce around.

2:25 A surprise to be sure, but a welcome one haha :) Also as for 3:00, yes you can walk on top of a Star Destroyer in the EA Battlefront 2 campaign (which I still wish they finished with chapter 3, but that's never going to happen I guess).
