I went with progressive rate for the very reason you stated. Gives the lowered look, improved handling due to lower Center of Gravity, and yet still rides close to stock. You can feel the firmness of the suspension when pushed through corners but when cruising, still comfortable.
Which ones did you get ?
@@scotttracy9333 Steeda
@@dominiczanella8443 Why Steeda ?
@@scotttracy9333 because Steeda test their stuff and races it. Made in USA and have been making Mustang stuff forever.
I like these *“why”* videos.
Love these videos! Liked!
Awesome. Now I can just refer everyone to this video instead of giving them a really long reply on what springs to buy.
Thank you for showing us
Very informative, especially when I didn’t even know there was different types of springs
Glad you enjoyed!
Question: I went with a set of progressive springs. My hope was that this type of spring would level out my car. Put another way, from the rear of my 68 Mustang the driver side is lower by at least 1.5 inches. Please provide feedback as why this occurs?
What wide body kit is that?
I have a chrysler sport v8 daily driver wats the best lowering I should get I keep hearing d2 springs
What's better a dual rate or linear spring?
Question guys if the class action wins why would there not be a recall
Which wheels are these? thx.
I'm trying to decide whether or not to buy either the Steeda or Eibach progressive lowering spring kit. There is a huge price gap between the two. Bill, other than the difference in drop these kits would give to my '16 GT, what's the big difference between these two kits? Is the Eibach kit really worth the extra $100?
I would check out our Accelatec springs, they are made for us by Eibach and are our top sellers.
I bought Eibach Sportline Lowering springs for my 2018 Mustang GT and it took my ride from boaty with lots of body roll to steady and flat. My car is firm and stable around corners and doesn't shift weight nearly as much as it did before. I did a self install on mine no problem
@@CarsandChris did you need any other hardware except the springs? Like camber bolts etc
@@manav850 nope. Just springs in the stock struts
@@CarsandChris how are the springs holding up? I have a 2020 mustang gt was looking to get the same
