Hi Bob, Jenny and Poppy....I just wanted to say thanks for ALL your really good videos,( it feels like we are there with you) we enjoy them very much as I no longer drive due to a progressive illness and I am in a powered wheelchair all the time and need a special bed for sleeping. The forest drive through was great . The videos remind me when I was able to drive and we had a Land Rover Defender with the 300Tdi engine and towed a caravan. Best Wishes, Pete, Jan and Tammy (our little dog).
Pete W Thank you for your lovely comments. We liked to watch other people's journeys when we couldn't go out much with Jenny's mum's condition. So nice to hear positive comments like yours. Thanks for watching and I'll remember you when we go on our travels.
Can you imagine saying just nipping out for a paper ,after that mammoth forest trip😃 So enjoyed my forest drive this Sunday night....another brilliant vlog week folks 👍👏
Wow - that was very isolated ...... Not one bathroom - for miles..... Oooo dear :) Very peaceful though :) Thanks for sharing :) As always - looking forward to your next outing......
Hi Bob and Jenny i know this was 2018 but felt i had to comment on this wonderful place. We like visiting Scotland and find Sterlingshire and places like Kiln special the 3 loch 7mile forest trail is special hope you enjoyed it.We are from County Durham and love it up there especially the highlands great video.
Another great video, the forrest road looked better than the tarmac road ! I'm considering getting a GoPro but there seems to be a lot of criticism of the battery life. Can you plug it into the 12v socket as you drive along like a Sat nav or do you keep having to change batteries? I was great to see you both & Poppy at New England Bay and hope to catch up later this month at Clumber Park on my way to the Peak District.
Twa Westies Thanks, I've not had a problem with battery life on either my GoPro 5 session or Hero 6. I don't leave them switched on all the time, like some people must do, I switch them on when I need to film something. I can charge them from a 12v USB adapter charger, which plugs into a car cigarette lighter socket. I don't use spare GoPro batteries. I've have bought an 'Anker' USB battery power pack for out and about, I can use that to charge our phones as well as GoPros. Be nice to catch up at Clumber Park.
Bob, What happened to the stimulating commentary , sorry to say your taste in music is not ours, had to mute the sound to enjoy the forest drive, lovely and relaxing after watching the recording of the World Cup final, managed to avoid the result in my trip to South Yorkshire and back, now it's time for sleep. Did Jenny manage to watch the tennis and World Cup while you uploaded this video, sport does not seem to be your number one priority ! Do you thing you would make a good film director ?
Colin Humphries Thanks, we had a really stimulating conversation all the way round, the trouble was you couldn't hear it above the noise of the gravel! No I much prefer doing UA-cam, I could never take the critical reviews as a director.... And no I'm not a great tennis fan, but did manage to watch the World Cup.

Thanks, I'd love to go back there.
Hi is there a 4g signal ? Thanks
It was about 6 years ago, but no, we didn't get a mobile signal there.
How bumpy is that road
The forest drive was smoother!

We love watching your videos, but not the choice in music.
