    Hi! I didn't see the earlier video, but I wanted to ask if you had any concerns about the bathroom feeling too small. I want to divide our medium size bathroom , ( on the second floor near three bedrooms), into a hall bath ( smallish but with full size tub and shower), and a slightly smaller , 3 piece bath - almost exactly the size of your bathroom- master bath. It would be 8.5 feet long (door on short end where your door is), by 3.5 feet wide. I'm hoping to put a box bay in the room to give it 1-1.5 feet more elbow room.
    My husband is concerned that this reduction in size would hurt resale value: That people may feel it is too small. But I think privacy is more valuable. I love your design. It makes the bathroom feel airy. Great project!

    • @AndrewThronImprovements
      @AndrewThronImprovements  2 роки тому +1

      Hi! I did all of the plumbing so I had this in mind from the start. Basically, you just need to measure the distance from the vessel sink drain + the trap adaptor drop. Most trap kits will have an extension piece to make it easy to adjust the height as needed. Thanks for watching!

    Did you use the bottle trap for looks only? I believe it functions the same as a standard p trap. Couldn't you have made your own bracing for the counter/sink with flat irons? Why didn't you? Not a criticism, just wondering. Thanks.
