How to upgrade your BMW F3X series front control arms! Full DIY

My goal is to finish up working through my F32, and finalize out the Powerflex upgrades in my car. The front control arms are critical to the control of your car, and Powerflex will add more control added crispness to your steering once the mushy OEM bushing is gone.
This guide should work on almost any style BMW but is specific for the F3X series in this case. You can also use this same guide if you are replacing your control arms entirely (///M series arms, or other third party upgraded arms) as the process is the same.

Powerflex USA front control arm bushings

Floor jack and 4 jack stands or Quickjack system
8mm, 17mm, 18mm, 21mm sockets and/or wrenches
socket extensions
Torque wrench capable of 165nm of torque
