You make learning fun and easy. I just wish I had a teacher like you years ago, who knows what might have happened… I love your expressions and humor. Don’t ever stop being you.
I have watched this video 69392 times and I’m so close to getting it. Thank you so much for your teaching and the way you do it. You’re a rockstar 🎉
From Joshua Tree, Ca. I'd play this one & harmonize while my Harley girl (late wife) would sing it (even 1/2 step shift & Janis' ending )! Immortal words about life! Thanks Angela, your a trooper!👍

Excellent rundown, one of my favorite songs ever sang by Janis Joplin. I never knew Kris Kristofferson wrote the song, you are such an insightful tutor! Thank you so much! Tuning in from Chicago/NWI area, favorite road trip song[s] are in fact this one [my children's father name is Robert as is my eldest son] and also Soundgarden, particularly the "A Sides" and "B Sides" songs....xx *Also, you have a beautiful voice!*
Haha, I guessed that it might be Janis Joplin right but didn’t think about Me and Bobby McGee. Loved it, great song to learn and more than anything else hear you sing it!
Keep them coming, it’s greatly appreciated ❤️
Hi angie missed u live again but thanks for all the great lessons cheers from Ireland 🇮🇪😍
Hi Angela loving your lessons, keep them coming please
I first heard this on Kris's first album when it came out in 1970.
Janis sang it two days before she passed.
Good job not lifting that ring finger from the E string when you lift index and middle from D & B strings. I'll be working on that for a while. Mine don't seem to want to do that (I might have to work on it for a while).
Thanks for the lesson!
late as usual , but i can say i picked up my new fender 1960s reissue that i order through guitar center. great tune .Thanks
Very pleasurable - seeing you playing guitar:)
Wow, real nice job and lesson. I was playing along with you, fumbled a few times due to not playing this song for years.

Great lesson! Thank you so much!
I felt sure you'd pick this one! Thanks. Missed it live but I always catch up. On the road in Texas, and THIS is one of my favorite songs. Narrow it down further? Bottom of the Barrel Blues ranks high, as does That Smell and from a whole other angle, there's Dreamboat Annie and Metal Firecracker. You're a pretty good teacher. (Might-a left out a comma there)
Great song. I'm from Los Angeles and my favorite road trip song is Going Mobile by the Who.
Checking in with you from home here in Savannah, GA.
