Microsoft Dynamics 365 Entitlements vs. Contracts for Service Contract Management

This video is part of a playlist to support the Audible version of Deploying Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Service v.9, which is available on Amazon and Audible. In this video we explain in detail, as well as demonstrate the different between the Entitlement feature in Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Contracts and Contract Lines, which were the default contract management solution in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and 365 for many years. Recently, Microsoft announced the deprecation of Contracts and Contract Lines in Microsoft Dynamics 365, and while there is no specific timeline for the removal of the feature, we know that in a future major release, the Contract and Contract Line entities will be removed. Also, it's good to know that in the Unified Interface, the Contract and Contract Line entities are quite difficult to use. This is explained in the video.
