I’m counting the days before going to Vegas and trying their Flip food. Thankful for all my Filipino friends mom’s who taught me how to cook their yummy cuisine. OMG, thats why she looks familiar & the truffle rice sounded like I heard it somewhere before!!! I watched that video of Mark Weins, it was 2yrs ago in Bangkok Thailand. She had a kamayan/boddle fight with like several lechons that she roasted, like 4or 5. 🤤😍 👍 Mark loved it!!! Pinoy Pride at Best, truly, bigay na bigay buong puso 💞🎉🇵🇭🍛

Its just a different quality experience. Love thosw spota u mentioned. The lechon in cebu though!
Oh Jay !! You and that Mang Tomas sauce love lol . I totally get it because lechon is not complete without it ! So when I go to Resorts World next week I’m gonna bring a bottle and hide it in my purse 👛 and break it out at Pepitas 😂

Agree. Every lechon should have mang tomas sauce on the side or else it's going to fail with foreigners.
They should stick to garlic rice. It always works well with any Filipino food.
If they serve traditional Filipino breakfast, I believe it's going to be a hit. And keep it authentic.

it's kinda expensive like most filipino restaurants ... i'd rather eat @ panda express & chipotle there, it's much cheaper ... halo-halo is $10 ... are you kidding me ??? I stayed @ t.i & the mirage for 5 days & I didn't even go there to eat ...
Im not bashing but it supposed to be presenting filipino food, panini, truffle? Litson need sarsa, hanging rice, rice on banana leaf will be a perfect representation. I might say fusion of european food

Pepita's Lechon is overpriced. Few strips of Lechon meat and rice = $20.00 Also lots of problem in ordering. I did not get receipt on my order and I still have to show my credit card statement for them to give my order. Pepita was there and did not even ask the problem. Lots of guest complaining to most of the restaurants at Food Hall RW-LV
I had the same experience. I paid almost $20 for a few slim Lechon slices (1/8” thick) so I wouldn’t know the skin was crispy. It’s too bad I couldn’t upload a picture of the dish that I got.
