AAARRRGHHHH!!! I"VE BEEN HOLDING MY GUITAR THE WRONG WAY THIS WHOLE TIME?!?!
RmB rubymakesbeats Who ever said there was a wrong way to play a guitar? The only limit is your imagination.
RmB rubymakesbeats lol
i hold mine with my penis
eoghan quinn You must have some fascinating calluses then...
indeed
Why hasn't someone put him in a studio and shared his talent with the world?
This young man is just too good to not hear.
Agreed
They have. Look in the description and search him up.
Just go to his you tube channel to watch more. Recorded properly. He has music to download to if you search. Some of his video's have a link too.
Ashamed on the public who are ignoring his talent😡
Huge respect to this Man👌👍
This guy is honestly one of the best guitar players I've ever seen love his style and how he syncs with his music. Like its tellin a story. Truly amazing
this man understands the percussive nature of an acoustic..
Better TV Reception WITH Foil Fedoras! i believe u
i kinda funny cos its and electric acoustic
+Hirambae thepoo brother its semi electric
He should be accompanied by a drummer that understands the melodic nature of the drums.
@@hirambaethepoo5744 it's hilarious 🤣😆🤣...an electric acoustic. What's next?!?! An electric razor. That's nuts!
how can people just be walking past this guy? i would be instantly glued to watching him...
Sometimes we are not people..
+Chuck Norris raping ?!?!!😂😂😂😂
Ok, I understand my mistake ... I meant singing rap music ! lol
Sorry I'm French ...
Colby Bryan คนทำเก่งจิงๆว่ะ...
Chuck Norris I guess you are the uneducated one.
the style he uses is similar to one adopted when playing a Japanese instrument called a koto
2024 and I’m still here listening and watching this miracle
I could listen to this all day. He's extremely talented.
I agree! That's simply amazing. Great sound!
Excalibur0822 Make it 195
Kyler Askey id give him a 50 and have a lawnchair just relaxing and listening
I love his clearly self taught style. Music should be for everyone to sculpt and mold to their own design and creativity. He is a true artist and is truly helping the world become a better place with his music! Hes got the ears you know?
Playing For Change I completely agree. Too bad people will say he's playing it wrong.
He didn't create this style, it's called solo fingerstyle guitar. Mainly consists of taps, slides, and percussion. (as well as harmonics and regular fingerpicking). Check out Mike Dawes - Impossible Guitar.. Jon Gomm - Passion Flower.. Andy Mckee - Drifting.. Thomas Leeb, Sungha Jung.. God there's so many greats. There's another famous fingerstyle guitarist that holds his guitar in his lap like this guy, (forget his name), and then there's Billy Mclaughlin that holds his guitar almost like a damn cello (completely vertical).
This guy is most likely self-taught; but definitely has some influence in his style.
OMG Playing For Change are here !!
Erik Mongrain? I know he definitely plays this style.
Yes!! Exactly who I was trying to think of - God I love the internet.
This is the kind of music that should be played on the radio and in stadiums. Greatly under appreciated styles like this is how you can tell who is a true musician and who is not. This is true passion and skill.
This guy needs to be recorded and put on an album. I'd buy it. Great talent.
You don't belong there in a street where robots walks.. you belong on the biggest stage of all, my friend..
It's hard to believe amazing gifts like him are unseen and useless piece of shi*s in the so called music industry of today are worshiped by millions.. Truly.. the world sucks!!
+Andrew Thiyam oh... but Kanye and anyone like him is a self proclaimed god, and backed up by millions of morons so that's basically what sells. I completely agree, no one appreciates skill anymore and how much time it takes to learn an instrument of any kind. I appreciate music I don't even particularly like even if it takes skill to make and especially playing live and playing basically flawless without hours of editing to make it sound perfect. I just hope actual musicians don't die out just because a bunch of people love anything that has basically loops all over the place, the same lyrics being spoken constantly and anyone can simply beat box the same drum riff that suits every... single... fucking.....song
You're batman.
Lettus Bee Yeah. It also depends on the street where you want him to play.
If he's trying to remind but everyone just walks past him without even noticing, without giving a shi*, then maybe he should play somewhere else, where people appreciate his amazing playing.
If you don't sign your life (and of course most of your earnings) to these talentless satanic parasite ghouls - who control the recording and entertainment performance industry - you don't get anywhere. Should you also be able to compose, they'll steal your song's copyright. Then they also publish (print) the music and then they own the written sheetmusic copyright too. (If you freehand copy the score, even then you're violating their copyright - not of the tune itself - that's separate - but the printed notes on the paper)
This latter particular travesty is exploited through orchestral sheet music; they have to "rent" the score for ridiculous amounts from these horrid subhumans.
It's a horrible racket, based on massive EXPLOITATION and few really know about it in detail. It makes you vomit. The parasitic horde around performers, musicians and composers living off of their skills and talent is unbelievable in numbers. BTW: They supply the drugs to them too, to make them dependent/addicted.
Talent does count insofar if they can exploit you, but not more. Should you decide not to give in to the parasitic bloodsucking leeches, you'll be forever playing on the streets and bars. They'll tell you that too, "if you're not with us, you'll never amount to anything and we'll make sure of that, because we have that kind of power and control".
I know personal stories, first hand.
he exactly belong in the street, far from the garbo of famous and glory illusion of life, directly at other people contact.
If you watch it muted, it looks like he's just picking up tiny dirts on his guitar.
This made me lol
Unrated
lol wtf XD
lmao nice
U r R8
Does anyone else just love the guitar and the way it sounds
Wow, that lad has it nailed. Somebody give him a stage ffs........
I wonder why people like this, with talent on their hands, are on streets and not where they should be; on concerts.
Marina HLady Bc there are a looooooot of talented men and women ; a lot more than what we can see on TV, social media or in the street. Then because everyone who likes music doesnt want to be on stage : music can be something very personal even at a high level ; and some people just prefer playing for themselves rather than for somebody else with the stress of concerts and the world of show-business.. I guess. And finally, i think nowadays there are too much artists, to allow everyone to be famous and live thanks to their talent.
Marina HLady *uuumm I apologize, my English may not be perfect I don't know, I'm a french student ^^
Because those of us who are a talented have a hell of a time staying clean and sober for one.
@@m.sm.1159 well said lol
Most artist are sensitive , our economic system does not reward sensitive people, that's why everybody just walk by
Love the harmonics😎👍🏿
I laughed and cried simultaneously hearing this. I hope that I once reach the skill to express myself like this through music.
...spirit playing piano through the guitar...❤
Gets beaten on britains got talent by a boyband or sheepdog that can stand on its back legs
name of song pls??
This confuses people; mediocrity and conformity is king. Be glad he didn't win though; these 'talent' shows are just there to squeeze some dollars out of the gullible mob on the next cute face they can market, when the returns on investment start to wane they'll get dumped in the gutter and they move on to the next pretty face.
+ Max, i believe its self composed and self taught, you'll have to learn it by ear
Its still too fast when you slow it down XD but this is srsly amazimg
great to hear something creative and from the heart and soul of a person instead of that manufactured crap you hear on the radio & television.
I agree
Though you have to respect all kinds of music, even if it is 'adapted' or auto-tuned, it still has a (slight) element of creativity
agree, this is talent. the radio is a bunch of satanic illuminati garbage, that's how you know that's gotta be real. This is talent, radio is manufactured or people with god given ability would be mainstream, not lady gaga and nicki minaj.
Gosh I can't get enough of this music :)
You should check out Andy McKee and Preston reed too If you like this type of music. :)
Juste magnifique
Candyrat where are you???? sign this guy
Ahhhhhhhhhh! such talent!
An amazing guitarist
that guy shows the real meaning of "music is life" he is an amazing musician.
i remembered August Rush, very talented kid.
Jamar Abdulbarri .. same here haha

i want to see this in person ...its so amazing i dont believe its possible. the sounds are too good to be true!! exellent
Then perhaps you would also like Andy McKee and Don Ross. Their playstyle is different, but the sound and even melodies are often similar.
I guess you should also check out Jon Gomm and Tobias Rauscher!
his guitar is plugged in and amplified. but yes, i would love to see this in person as well. beautiful.
FFS.....every city in the world must have some "smack-tard" that plays guitar like this.....it's gotten so boring over the years....
Dan O'Brien you're most likely a talentless hack if you can say this is boring
I need more.. I didn't want this video to end..
Listen to Samuel Orson
God has blessed this man with an amazing gift.
Its 2019.... This is the first time i ever seen a guitar being played like that. Reread that and feel it...
An Amazing Innovation in Style. I would've dropped $20 in whatever hat he was passing around. If he didn't have one, I would've gave him mine too. Beautiful Structure.
he is playing it like another instrument called the koto
I can't understand how people are going like that...
I was impressed a lot by his skill..
Nice performance bro.
Why people have been passing without noticing him, keeping silent to his wonderful natural acoustic music...?
I love it!
we need more people like him in the music industry.
this is so beautiful, I'm literally out of words
what an amazing artist

Cannot believe people have actually disliked this video. Those are the kind of people walking past him in the background. Absolutely brilliant.
I watched every minute of this with my mouth hanging open in awe. Astounding.

Living in New Orleans I've seen a few buskers play like this.

Absolutely amazing!
Creator of tranquillity....! Master piece indeed.
Soundcloud: m.soundcloud.com/joe-gravil/the-one-she-heard - The One She Heard
reminds me of the movie August Rush
Saw this chap in Trafalgar Square the other day... Totally unique sound and style. WOW!
He deserves to be on the biggest stage of the world but not on the street where no one really don't have the good taste of music.Hopefully he will be the star in the future
Excellent! Glad to meet his colleague :)
Excellent 👍👍 Im Still confused, how did he do that?. 😱😱 Such a Amazing Gods Gift..
Prince Rapada ya like how?!
Prince Rapada it is named typing and is very dificult
hes using harmonic sounds on his guitar and its cool to hear
Been playin guitar since "69" young man. Thank God for what He has given you. Prideful musicians have a certain unpleasant aroma. What you do brings a whole new dimension to guitar playing. Design your own instrument. Optimize the sound. Love your stuff. ---Code Man.
Just... Beautiful 💜
The real August Rush!
That's what I thought too.!
Its osm bro wish i met you .
How can anyone dislike this work of art,, excellent job
How could anyone dislike this video. His playing is beautiful
I just started playing ( like literally 5 mins ago) and THIS is exactly how it seems like the guitar SHOULD be played. Fuck it...I'm gonna do it this way too
How’s it going
If you like him Look up Charles Rangel
Amazing to be sure! Jeff Healey (RIP) played the same way and he was blind!
Genius, just beautiful.
Is he on soundcloud?:) I love this track!💕👍🏻
+Shanaja Hasler
He is, his name is MexFS. This song is called "The One She Heard". :)
Anyone know the song he was playing and where I can listen to it? It's freakin amazing and everything I'd ever wanted in a guitar piece.

Park Avenu hey i'm curious to know smoke with water it sounds creative and i really would love to make an adventure to try it out, do you have a youtube video or something that could express your vision and this rare talent
Just Adam get real. Of course it's a joke. Not original though because that comment can be found on every virtuoso guitar video.
He will fuck smoke on the water with those skills
Color Dust Prod. Most def
Wow really this music comes in this guitar !!😱😘
Its like he's playing the guitar as a piano?😀
Ydrianpaul Legria something between piano, guitar, drums and bass guitar all at once
GE PLAYER it's advanced fingerstyle
More like a zither.
Ydrianpaul Legria "Lap tapping" it is called

miyavi - selfish love
Ben howard
he looks like Matt Damon
Probably the coolest thing to take place in that part of the city. Lots of great sound...
how does he effing do that so flawlessly... Bravoo
this guy should not be proforming on the ground he should be in a really good band
yes
Wonder if he can play it normally?
Of course he can. He won't learn all those advanced techniques without starting from the basics.
Lol qs :3
advanced? xD Alright then...
make it better then...
I`m not saying that I can do this! But there are a lot of different styles of guitar-playing! Modern Percussive Fingerstyle is not harder than any other guitar playstyle ... It`s just not seen that often because the popularity of modern percussive finger style mainly raised in the last few years. I do understand that people are excited about it... but in my opinion calling this advanced is just not right. ^^ Obviously it depends on how you`d describe advanced! Someone who`s able to master basic techniques like sliding and bending isn`t advanced for me though... There`s way more behind really good guitar playing than most people think....
I don't know why but it brings out the memories and emotion.
This is amazing!
that was beautiful!!
So fucking annoyed by the people just walking past by
Adanlicious Pie what shit?
eryruleslondon13 working and being stressed until they die ...
abdalla mustafa or just having places to be that day, you pretentious fuck
probably 'cause they've seen this fucking technique OVER AND OVER AGAIN and they're FUCKING SICK OF IT!!!!
Given the fact that most of them for one have places to be but for two they have probably heard him before as this is most likely where he lives therefore plays in this area all the time
That's not easy to do...
Fantastic playing!
Soul... music in its purest... felt it here... thanks for sharing
simply, an amazing gift to have!
I myself think talent is not what's important here..but the insane amount of practice he has done to get here......appreciate that...the word talent is overrated
Stunning!
i have been obsessed with mexfs since i saw him perform at Trafalgar square two years ago, I was so mesmerised watching him and always watch back the video i recorded.
Loved it 😍 👏
How can this video get dislikes. This is totally shocking. This man is the real talent who deserves to play on a big platform. People should appreciate him. He is a rising star😃😃
How could anyone give this a thumbs down? That's insane! This guy is incredible!
I fell a sleep on this. Somewhat soothing
