@@zombywoof1015 they didn't in this video, but they have in quite a few of his videos & have given him tickets before. Not too long ago though when the cop made him stop she told him he needed a permit, so when he went to look into it, the city said he didn't need one, so I think that's why in this video she just asked if he could lower it a bit & didn't try to make him leave again.

I saw many comments about crying when this man plays and people not knowing why... He brought me to tears too. I think it's his raw talent.. He is able to reproduce even the most complicated parts of a song as we came to know it.. He doesn't just strum, he recreates even the delicate sounds and does it beautifully! His skill is obviously rare and his ability to reproduce the sounds that are unique to an individual song are a wonderful surprise and it makes his rendition surprisingly authentic.

He is playing the guitar as easy as breathing. This is something that cannot be learned. It is a divine gift.

What's god-given about his talent is that he attempted to do the things he does. Most musicians don't explore their limits and are content with what they can play. What separates a musician from another is how he/she keeps expanding his/her limits.

Music is such a beautiful thing, it connects people. I recently went to a möntle crüe concert and once they started play home sweet home it was the most beautiful thing ever. A stadium of lights and lighters and the crowd singing along. It's those legendary songs like purple rain or simple man that will always be known as a legendary song.
